The whole group will be comfortable yet cozy in this spacious property we have named the Cozy Compound! Located just 3 miles from downtown Fuquay Varina this property is fenced in with three detached buildings for your group to spread out and enjoy. Total of 4 bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the game room. Kids indoor play area, pool table, darts and a poker table to keep all entertained. Outdoors you'll find 2 grills, a large covered firepit, corn hole boards and a horse shoe pit.

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
