Villa Bilen is a charming villa in Medulin, near Pula, set in a peaceful countryside location, only 2 km from the beautiful sand beach. In its nicely decorated interior can accommodate 4+2 guests. Interior retains plenty of rustic charm with traditional wooden beams. Villa is totally enclosed in a big private garden, surrounded by nature, olive groves and orchards. Within the beautiful green garden there is a private pool 16 m2 , perfect for relaxing in the sun. We welcome families and pets!

My place is close to the airport. You’ll love it because of the outdoor space and the ambiance. Good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The bedroom and the bathroom on the ground floor wheel chair friendly. Nearby horse riding, quad safari, adventure park, also, explore wine, olive and honey roads of Istria. Towns of Pula and Labin are only 30 minutes away, Rovinj and Porec on the west coast about 60 minutes drive. Enjoy your experience in Istria.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Also town's centar, grocery stores, restaurants and dinings are close and places for family-friendly activities. Our one-room apartment is located in a quiet part of the city, only 15 minutes' walk to the city center and 20 minutes to the nearest beach. In the immediate vicinity, about a 2-minute walk away, there is a mini market, a stand with local fruits and vegetables, and several restaurants. The apartment has a private balcony overlooking the garden and greenery.
