mature trees, running rivers, and waterfalls, one forgets they are located in a bustling metropolitan city close to Cal State Fullerton, freeways, Brea Mall, and more. Located 15 minutes from Disneyland, this beautiful home is great for families! Disclaimer: It has come to our attention our neighbors smoke smell will occasionally enter the property. Despite this being out of our control, we have purchased an air purifier to help. Guests with asthma and COPD should proceed with caution.
