川辺の一軒宿 Togu tsubakiyama

川と川が合流する石垣の上にあり、木々に囲まれた古民家の中をリノベーションした、素泊まり一軒宿となっております。 見える範囲に建物はなく、川の音、鳥の鳴き声、自然との一体感をお楽しみいただけ、水道も湧水(水質検査済)となっております。 季節によって、川遊びや、かっぱ滝を目指して、宿の横の川を行き交う方々もいらっしゃいます。 お天気が良ければ、川遊びはもちろん、ご持参いただいた食材でBBQ、 焚き火も楽しみいただけます。 (火の取り扱いには充分お気をつけください。) 雨の際は、お部屋の中にある囲炉裏にて、ご持参された食材を炭火でお楽しみいただいたり、調理器具、レンジ、食器類も備えておりますので、ゆっくり川音を聴きながらの調理はいかがでしょうか。 川沿いの散歩道を上に進むと、150m程先に「かっぱ滝」もございます。 夕食等の飲食物は、チェックイン前にご用意ください。スーパーまでゆっくり車で20分かかります。 古民家の400m手前より、道が未舗装で狭く、わかりづらくなっておりますので、 「camuつばき山」までお越しいただけましたら、私達が、ご案内させていただきます。

Located near Dazaifu Station on the Nishitetsu Line, UMENOYU-HANARE is a luxurious private one-family house built in 2023 with a combination of a traditional Japanese garden and a simple Japanese interior design space. The famous Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine is right in front of the station, and it is a 4-minute walk from the station exit. Within 1 or 2 minutes walk from the station, there is a 24-hour convenience store, a bakery, a supermarket , and western and Japanese restaurants.

You can enjoy hearing birds singing, the big trees swaying in the wind and seeing colorful carps swimming leisurely in the pond. We live in the house next door. This Japanese villa and garden, covering about 6,600 square meters, is located in Arita, a town famous worldwide for its pottery. The 130-year-old Villa Kaede, originally built as a guest house by a founder of Arita Bank, has been beautifully renovated. Visitors can enjoy a garden that showcases the changing seasons. The villa also serves as a convenient base for day trips to places like Nagasaki City, Unzen, Ureshino, Sasebo, Hirado, and Huis Ten Bosch.

築年数120年を超える古民家を全面リニューアル。快適さを追求し、古い梁の重厚感と新しい小国杉の木の香りが重ねあい、清潔で落ち着きある空間を作り出しています。 -「yori-toko」について- 明治37に建てられたこの建造物は2019年時点で築年数118年。 明治、大正、昭和、平成、そして令和とこの地で見守ってきた建屋は40年近く空き家でした。 かつては近隣の子供たちが勉強を教えてもらったり、遊びにきたりして親しまれていたこの建物は、再生すべく。当時の原型に戻し、「ふくちのやどかふぇyori-toko」として生まれ変わりました。 「yori-toko」という名前には、かつてこの場所が「寄り場所」として親しまれたように、これからも人々が集う温かい場所であってほしいというオーナーの想いが込められています。 基礎工事と断熱材を導入し、現在の気候にあった快適な住まいとなっています。
