Traditional 16th century italian stone house

Traditional italian stone house by BORGHI VENETI, completely renovated using original materials and techniques. Most of the decoration and furnitures are from local antique markets. The house is located in a very quite "borgo" not many cars, just the sound of the river and birds while you are enjoying your al fresco dinner in the private garden, under the wisteria canopy. Strategically located in the center of the region, close to Bassano, Venice, the mountains and many historic small cities.

Casa nel cuore della zona di produzione del Prosecco, e' una delle piu' antiche di Guia; ristrutturata piu' volte negli anni, ora puo' accogliere turisti itineranti e per soggiorni prolungati. Vicinissimi: Venezia (56 km), Treviso (31), Bassano del Grappa (30), Cortina d'Ampezzo (105) e, le Dolomiti piu' vicine, ad un'ora di macchina. Ristorazione molto qualificata nei dintorni, paesaggi suggestivi sovrastanti (visibile Venezia con aria tersa) e luogo per passeggiate e tour in bicicletta...

La struttura è ubicata a circa tre chilometri dalle aree destinate al volo libero ed in posizione strategica per chi vuole dedicarsi a diverse attività sportive, oltre che visitare centri storici/culturali (12 km da Bassano del Grappa, 1 ora da Venezia). Il monolocale è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e a chi viaggia per lavoro.
