Nanook Cabin Close to Bishop’s Beach!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located dog friendly cabin. There are two cabins on the property, Nanook East and Pirlo West. Located in the heart of old town, close to restaurants and only a brief walk to Bishop’s beach. Each cozy cabin has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable! The cabin has been recently renovated with a new king sized bed and a pullout couch that fashions into a full sized bed. The couch is most suitable for children. So many adventures to await!

Treat yourselves to a rustic country home with a spectacular alpine view. Decorated with a unique country style, this 3BR, 1.5 bathroom, can comfortably house a party of 10. Full kitchen with all cooking supplies. Coffee and tea provided. Lots of beds so fishing buddies don't have to snuggle! All beds are upstairs. Heated Dry Cabin, with electricity Offering a retreat from the business of town with stunning views of the glaciers and Kachemak Bay. This cabin offers a kitchenette with mini fridge. we supply water on the counter for cooking and washing. NO RUNNING WATER, WINTER stays have use of a old fashioned outhouse. SUMMER guest have access to our washhouse with shower. . We are a small family ranch/peony farm. Located 18 miles out of Homer, on East end rd. about a 30 min drive out of town.

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay.
