The yurt is 16' and 4-season insulated, complete with stove, microwave, running water, an outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill, and patio. This is a private yurt on a quiet road that welcomes well mannered dogs. There is a tiny, single person A-frame also available to rent nearby. Restroom is a lit outhouse with parking. The yurt in on Sunshine Homestead, just down the driveway, where I raise hens, and a large garden.
