Peaceful stay in Frimley village

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Private, peaceful, spacious & self-contained

Large, luxurious and serene living space with free off street parking. The loft conversion is extensive covering entire length of extended bungalow and comes with private entrance & bath. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, another sofa bed and a lounge area with TV. The second room has a bath, kitchenette and dining area. The sofa bed here provides further sleeping flexibility. Kitchenette has tea/coffee facilities, toaster, microwave & mini fridge-freezer but no cooking facilities.

The Little Gem at Diamond House

The Little Gem at Diamond House is a private, self-contained Superhost ⭐ suite with its own entrance, located on the ground floor of our family home. Separated by a locked internal door, it includes a spacious bedroom, entrance hallway, and a modern shower room with toilet. A microwave, small fridge, and tea & coffee facilities are provided. Ideally located within walking distance of Camberley town centre, train station, and Barossa Common, with the RMA and Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa nearby.

Chapter House.

A newly refurbished one bedroom apartment. Farnborough Main railway station is just three minute walk away, and the town centre with all amenities, six minutes by foot. The living and dining area features a large sofa, dining table which doubles as a work desk and a large flat screen TV. The spacious bathroom has a shower over the bath. The well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, which includes a washer-dryer and a coffee pod machine. You'll find a premium quality king sized bed.

A self-contained cottage situated in a quiet position surrounded by woodland within 4 miles of Guildford town centre and refurbished to a high standard with fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and downstairs toilet. There are four bedrooms , one ensuite and family bathroom. Parking for 3 cars. Large garden with patio and seating and large netted trampoline for use at your own risk. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our home.

There are a number of local parks within walking distance and a small high street at the end of the road which has a number of restaurants, takeaways and pubs.

Spacious and serene newly refurbished annex in a quiet private road walking distance from Camberley town centre. Enjoy our large private garden with your own access from sliding patio doors. Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, living and dining space, double bedroom ensuite with additional toilet. Please note: annex is part of our main house but with its own entrance. The stairs make it unsuitable for those with mobility needs. Strictly no parties.
