Charming and spacious fully furnished three bedroom home in Pearland, Texas. A safe, quiet, family neighborhood, near FM 518 & FM 2351, and very near Friendswood. Recently remodeled with updated furnishings. A fully stocked kitchen, high-speed WiFi, 4K TVs, streaming of Amazon and Netflix, Roku, and local channels plus more. Adults and children alike will love staying in this spacious 5 bedroom home with great outdoor spaces, foosball table and even cornhole! Conveniently located in between Houston and Galveston. Close enough to get to all the area has to offer, but tucked back in a private, peaceful neighborhood away from all the traffic and noise.

Gorgeous Clear Lake, Houston Home with Pool

Outstanding Clear Lake City, Houston home only 5 minutes to NASA JSC and 20 minutes to Downtown Houston, or the Kemah Boardwalk! The home features a huge pool and spa with a 4 ton rock waterfall! The pool and spa can be heated. Spa is free to heat but we charge to heat the pool in winter. The back patio is exceptionally large and perfect for enjoying the outdoor space day and night. What can I say about the house itself? This was our own home for 18 years and we made it delightful!
