It is close, but detached from the house. It consists of a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom/shower/toilet and washing machine, kitchenette and relaxing outdoor space.

Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.
