The Cozy Confluence is uniquely nestled between Rock Creek and the beautiful Cedar River. The home is spacious yet cozy. Grill burgers and relax by the campfire while the sun sets! The Tiny is especially cozy in the winter! Unplug and play cards in the leisure loft! The perfect setting for a couple's retreat! Furball Farm Inn

CAT LOVERS ONLY 😻 This beautiful old freshly updated farm house is on the same property as Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary! Renting our Airbnb will allow you to see behind the scenes! Visit the cats anytime between the hours of 9am-9pm on the days you are booked! Marley and Teddy are the resident cats there and they will keep you company! (They can go in and out) (Marley has had past history of being a naughty potty, see more info in details)

Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes!
