We will bike around the East Coast of Sicily, where the ancient Greeks used to live here centuries and centuries ago! This is the main reason why this area is called "Magna Grecia", that is to say, the Italian colonies of ancient Greece. If you like outdoor sports and you want to experience the perfect weather in Sicily, come and ride! During this half-day experience, we will see together hidden gems of the area, such as a greek temple, abandoned fields, amazing beaches. (We Can arrange different hours, ask please) the ride is approximately 3 hours long, but don't be afraid of your biking level, we don't push too hard :-) Other things to note This experience depends on the weather conditions. If it rains heavily or if it is too windy, the experience could be canceled.

We use rigid SUP boards, stable and professionals equipments, not the poor quality inflatables, if it’s your first time on a Stand up Paddle and you are willing to have a total summery experience, this is the right one for you! From there, depending on the wind and on the weather conditions, we will go around the famous Ortigia island or straight to the caves. Ortigia is one of the most characteristic islands of the Sicilian East Coast and you can have an amazing view over the entire ancient harbor and castle of Siracusa from the sea! I exceptionally decided to give you an option: If the day is good for waves, we can transform our SUP experience into a surfing one, going to the closest surfing spot - it's up to you! This half day cruise aboard the charming classic sail boat Fiesta II is a very relaxing and romantic way to spend an afternoon on the water in the magical town of Ortigia. We usually sail in the afternoon along Siracusa coast line and within the marine sanctuary of Plemmirio where the water is always warm enough for a dip to refresh or to explore the coves. During the sailing I would like you to help me trying your hand at ruddering Fiesta II and trimming the sails with me, as part of the crew. We eventually celebrate the sunset ritual getting anchored in the bay in front of the castle with a rich aperitif based on local wines and food provided by farmers and producers. The boat is a 38 feet Carol Ketch built in France according to the original plans of the american designer John Hanna by 1922. The boat is charming and well maintained with enough space for groups up to ten people. Cabin, head and deck-shower are available on board, we provide snorkel gears and towels as well. This experience is for everyone and it is a different way to relax and, at the same time, live the sea for one day. Let us know ahead of time if you have any dietary restrictions or special needs. This is also an environmentally friendly sea experience.

Escursione sull'Etna in jeep autorizzate e trekking per visitare crateri,Grotte e l'ultima eruzione. Il tour è adatto a tutti . Partiamo dal nostro punto d'incontro con comode jeep o minivan 4×4, in direzione etna nord est, dopo un paio di km ci fermeremo all'interno del Parco Nazionale accessibile con guida autorizzata,poiché ci sono circa 45 crateri laterali. Dopo una passeggiata di circa 40 minuti visiteremo 5 crateri, uno dei quali è ancora aperto e si potrà ammirare la dimensione reale di un cratere. In questa zona osserveremo tutti i tipi di lava, minerali, deserto vulcanico e piante pioniere del nostro vulcano. Dopo aver visitato i crateri,con la nostra jeep faremo 2 km di fuoristrada per scoprire l'ultima grande eruzione che distrusse il vecchio centro turistico. Infine con lampade frontali fornite da noi visiteremo dei piccoli crateri all'interno (grotta) e una frattura che divide l'Etna in 2 parti. La visita sarà effettuata in aree di interesse vulcanologico e scientifico. IMPORTANTE: Prima di prenotare verificate se abbiamo disponibilità scrivendo un messaggio. Se siete senza mezzo di trasporto dal lunedi al sabato c'è un autobus a pagamento che da Catania vi porterà direttamente nel nostro meeting point. Strolling along the largest volcano in Europe, you will admire the imposing volcanic structure with its typical flora and fauna. We will visit one of the most fascinating sites where you can watch the sunset together (you will not see the sun setting but only appreciate the colors). We will enter a lava tube, created during the volcano's eruptions, equipped with a helmet and flashlights. It will be fascinating to discover not only their creation, but also the secrets that they hide so jealously in their darkness. We will meet next to the Hotel Eloro. From there we gonna hike for about 10 Minutes to the Beach "Cala Pizutta". There you will get a gernal overview on the tecniques of ancient astronomy. Together we will be spoting the appearence of the first stars in the nightsky. You will learn the spot the main constellations of the particular season, the visible planets, other star constellations an the north star. During sitting together under the night sky I will share some mythic stories about the zodiac and the Great Year. We can use a astrolabe, an ancient device, to find out under which star you are born. Sono Manuela e ti darò il benvenuto nella nostra azienda agricola di famiglia che si trova in una cava di pietra riqualificata. Faremo una passeggiata nei nostri campi per riconoscere le piante spontanee, i fiori eduli e raccogliere i frutti che utilizzeremo per preparare un autentico pasto siciliano. Al rientro dalla passeggiata metteremo le mani in pasta utilizzando le nostre farine integrali di grano antico siciliano molito a pietra per la pasta fresca. Prepareremo i "cavatelli", una pasta fresca condita con salse di stagione che degusteremo insieme al nostro vino naturale e un dolce tipico siciliano che ti insegnerò a preparare accompagnato dalle grappe della casa. Altre cose da tenere a mente: se vuoi potrai anche prenotare una camera per dormire da noi e usufruire di tutti i servizi incluso piscina (da giugno a settembre) e shop.

We star with a nice walk in our Botanical Garden to be inspired by the beauty of succulent and tropical plants. Some leaves and plants will be collected to print later in the Studio. Guided by Helena -botanical print expert- you will learn all the steps of the printing technique and create your own artwork on fabric or paper. It is open for all levels, also families are welcome as kids will have lots of fun creating with plants. We will provide you all what you need but consider that It is also nice to print on your own cloths to give them a new life and a personal touch. T-shirt are perfect to do so!. You can also print on fabric to create a wall-decoration, or make it into a cushion, a table runner or other house decoration... Il Tour giornaliero dell'Etna si contraddistingue per essere una proposta esclusiva per tutti gli ospiti che desiderano scoprire il vulcano ed i suoi aspetti unici e sensazionali. Dopo aver incontrato i miei ospiti nel punto stabilito partiremo in auto in direzione Etna, il tempo di percorrenza è di circa 1 ora e 15 minuti. Arrivati al Parco dell'Etna, prima di iniziare l'escursione faremo delle pause fotografiche e insieme scopriremo le prime curiosità delle colate laviche. Guideró i miei ospiti in un trekking di circa 2 ore tra i crateri inattivi, sentieri vulcanici e panorami unici. Insieme degusteremo i vini e piatti tipici siciliani in una delle piú caratteristiche cantine nei pressi dell'Etna.
