** È necessario avere una macchina. Per raggiungere la struttura bisogna percorrere una strada di campagna di circa 1.2 km. Se state immaginando una vacanza senza macchina vi chiediamo di comunicarlo alla prenotazione** Casetta contadina del 1928 in fattoria biologica. Ristrutturata nel 2010, accogliente, immersa in una campagna ridente. Vicinissima a un ruscello dove ci si può rinfrescare e rilassare. A pochi chilometri dal mare e da Noto città. Perfetta per esplorare la zona del Val di Noto.

La casa è vicino al centro di Noto nella culla del barocco siciliano e alle più belle spiagge del circondario. Si trova a 50 minuti dall'aeroporto di Catania e 1 ora dall'aeroporto di Comiso (RG) e a 10 minuti da centri commerciali. E' immersa in 4 ettari di ulivi secolari e mandorli che creano un atmosfera coinvolgente e rilassante. Una grande piscina con filtrazione a sale rendera' il vostro soggiorno più confortevole. La casa è adatta a coppie, gruppi di amici e famiglie con bambini.

Nestled in the hills of the Iblei Mountains, where fauna and flora still accurately reflect the ancient Sicilian tradition (ancient olive trees, carob, almond trees and vines) stands this old building, built in the first half of 1700 with mainly agricultural.
