Relax in this centrally located quiet space. This apartment is on the first floor with a balcony. It's simple, cozy and modern. Upon entering there is the living room with a TV and a very comfortable double sofa bed and large windows. In the second room there is an open kitchen, table, chairs and washing machine. In the bathroom there is a comfortable shower. This apartment is perfect for hosting up to 3 people in a modern and functional environment.

Rilassati in questo spazio tranquillo e allo stesso tempo in posizione centrale, l'alloggio si trova in posizione centralissima, vicino alle maggiori attrazioni turistiche della città. Confortevole e moderno è adatto anche a coppie con 1 o 2 bambini (l'appartamento dispone di un divano letto comodo anche per 2 bambini), cucina soggiorno, bagno e camera da letto, un ampio balcone soleggiato dove poter fare una colazione rilassante o pranzo o cena.

Ad un passo da Piazza Duomo, Piazza Archimede, alla Fontana Aretusa, al Castello Maniace, al solarium sul mare usufruibile gratuitamente e al pittoresco e coloratissimo mercato.

Comfortable, private ( yet directly on the beach) home with everything you need to pass an amazing vacation. 2 kitchens ,one which is a large rustic Sicilian style opening out into the garden and ample covered outdoor eating/lounging area. The other is a full kitchen inside the main home. All the bedrooms are of an ample size with good mattresses and bedding. 2 full bathrooms with laundry . Ask about off season rates
