Welcome to the Nest- a private one-bedroom loft apartment above a converted garage, set in scenic rural Vermont. The space includes a full kitchen and elevated views of the surrounding countryside. Guests enjoy shared access to a sauna, exercise equipment , firepit, and gas BBQ, along with hiking and cross-country ski trails on the property. A peaceful retreat just 35 minutes from Smugglers’ Notch, 25 minutes to Lake Champlain, 40 minutes to Burlington, and 1.5 hours from downtown Montréal.

The private one mile long road has little traffic that allows for quiet walks, and bike rides with the family. The dock is available to tie up a boat, or to just sit and relax and enjoy the scenic views, and sounds of nature. Two kayaks are available to use to tour around lake carmi. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Pantry stocked with staples as well as fishing equipment. Games and toys for all ages. Private staircase to the lake. Fire pit with wood. Water shoes recommended.
