Balsam Hollow is a newly built, charming rustic cabin that was created from the heart for our family, friends and you. From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! Spacious, brand new three bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment on first floor. Open concept living provides a nice spot for a family vacationing or a single person looking for a place with all the amenities from home while traveling for work. Five minutes from all shopping. Quick drive to local ski mountains, PGA Golf Course, hiking trails, the Canadian border, and area lakes & rivers. Plenty of off street parking for any size vehicles including trucks and trailers. Take it easy at this cozy and tranquil getaway in the woods we call The Little Cabin on Sunset Ponds. This cabin is on 13-acres with two ponds. It is also located right off the snowmobile trails/cross country ski trails in Gabriels, NY. It is fully equipped with everything you may need. Perfect place for a home base while you go on your very own Adirondack adventure. The VIC center is close by, fishing, lots of hiking and paddling… 10 minutes from Saranac Lake 30 minutes from Lake Placid

This beautiful cabin is Brand New and we can't wait for you to make the best memories on this property. We just finished the outdoor landscape/firepit area and are so excited for our guest to a cool evening around the fire. You won't want to miss the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our wrap-around deck while drinking a hot cup of coffee or sitting in the hot tub. You can also spot turkey in the front yard and if you're lucky maybe even a moose. (Warning Signs on the Road for them)
