While we love our furry friends, we do have a no pet policy.

Franklin's 80 Loons offers a modern, cheerful one-bedroom apartment with a full-sized bed, cot & a convertible couch. Driveway parking on a quiet residential street. Short walk to new rail trail, Lake Flower & downtown shops, galleries & restaurants. This comfortable private space is the perfect base camp for hiking, skiing, snowboarding, cycling & paddling activities. Relax in the evening with a book, puzzle, board game, or campfire. Celebrate the Adirondacks with us. House also available.

Lake Placid Area-Bellas Cabin, Dog Friendly!

Dog friendly with lots of woods out back to walk them 2 bedroom cabin, one bathroom, full kitchen, spacious living room with leather furniture. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a TV. Enjoy the fireplace outside along with the screened gazebo. There is a screened in back porch off the kitchen for enjoying food or drinks, facing the woods. Feel free to message questions. We do collect a $75.00 dog fee cash or check. We do not do that through the Airbnb platform.

Camp Kelly

Doesnt get much more private than this! Relax with the whole family at this Lakehouse compound that sleeps up to 10 people with 3 different buildings! Camp Kelly is 1 of 2 lakehouses that are grandfathered in to being built over the water! With only 130 Cabins on the entire lake, you will enjoy the peace and beauty of the Adirondack Park from the front porch! It's almost like having the whole lake to yourself! Cant see another Cabin from the front porch!

House on Lake Flower close to downtown and Ice Castle (Winter) and Farmers Market (Summer/Fall). Guests have access to the downstairs of the home (upstairs is vacant/closed off). Picture windows offer fantastic views of Lake Flower, the Adirondacks and the downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.

Come enjoy Tupper Lake and the Adirondacks in this year-round lakefront 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin on Little Wolf Pond. Situated right on the waters edge, the views will wash away all your stress. Steps down to the lake for swimming access. Or take out the canoe, 2 kayaks or 2 paddle boards and explore the grassy inlet to the pond, Little Wolf Beach, and the mountains poking up between the trees.

We recently converted our pack porch to a mother-in-law studio apartment with its own private entrance from the back. Located on Bear Cub Lane in Lake Placid, its the perfect location for people who want to be close to town but in a quiet, residential setting near many trails. Hike, ski, or bike right from the backyard to Henrys Woods and John Brown trail systems. Our permit number is STR-200480
