We are happy to share our vacation home, which we've lovingly prepared to share. Quiet 3 bedroom within a 5min walk to downtown restaurants, coffee, breweries, and shops. There are 2 full baths, dining room with seating for 6, living room (w/fireplace, board games, record player, & a beautiful view of the mountains w/o blinds), fully stocked kitchen (microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, prep utensils). Outside patio with table/chairs/umbrella and coal BBQ.

Comfortable condo Beautiful location

Harbor unit 11 is a spacious condo in the Harbor Condo Complex overlooking Lake Placid and Whiteface Mountains. This upper level unit features 3 bedrooms and a loft. The loft has 2 beds and a futon. There are 3 bathrooms, a patio and a wood-burning fireplace. It is within walking distance to the village shops and restaurants and is next door to the Lake Placid Marina. No pets allowed. Note: Firewood is not provided but bundles can be purchased at various convenience stores in town.

Lake Placid Club 2 Bedroom Condo

The condo consist of 2 BR 2 baths. One bedroom has 1 king bed and one bedroom has two queen beds. The large living room features a stone fireplace and the kitchen is finished with granite counter tops, custom cabinets and hardwood floors. The property is operated by the Crowne Plaza Hotel located .5 mile away, and guests may use the Hotels indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room and private beach on Mirror Lake (July and August). We do allow dogs. Maximum 2 dogs. Pet fee of $162.00 .

This Pinehill Townhome is your home away from home at the end of road and near the town's best restaurants. Since it is a personal residence, it has a fully equipped kitchen complete with Keurig coffee maker, Instant Pot, and a Weber gas grill for your family dinners. 3 floors allow space for both adults and kids. 2 decks offer a view of the pines and pleasant sounds of water over the Mill Pond dam. There are 2 parking spots in front. NO teams please. Families only. #004738

Koko's Bear Retreat: AC, in village, spacious, fun

Welcome to the beautiful Koko's Bear Retreat townhouse in the Olympic Village of Lake Placid! We are in the Pinehill development just inside the village and a short walk in. We are an end unit with portable AC units, 4 bedrooms, sleep 8, 3 full bathrooms, 2 parking spots plus a very nice screened in porch. Note: we have changed agents and why we do not have any reviews yet. But we had 23 reviews before this and for a great 4.87 overall rating. Yes our guests do love it here!

A great location to be while visiting Lake Placid and the Adirondacks. Situated on a golf course and in a scenic neighborhood. You will be a walk away from Maggie's Pub and the Lake Placid Lodge. The Jack Rabbit Trail is just outside the door for hiking or cross country skiing. Follow the Jack Rabbit Trail towards town to discover a sweet little swimming hole at the foot of Lake Placid. It's a great place to return to after an active day in or around Lake Placid.

This is Lake Placid Club Lodges' best-located chalet with spectacular views, steps from the golf clubhouse and 1st fairway, with 45 holes to play on three fantastic courses. Private beach. Two minute walk to Main Street or Mirror Lake (where the swimming portion of the IronMan takes place). This chalet features a fireplace, deck off the main living/dining room, and another off the upper loft/den.
