Adirondack style apartment on River Road, Lake Placid, located 10 minutes to the village of Lake Placid, and 10 minutes to Whiteface Ski Resort. The apartment is newly furnished and detailed with a rustic feel. It is on the ground floor of a residence and has a private driveway and entrance. There is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open concept living room with a full kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless appliances. The bathroom has a tile shower, and there is in-floor heat throughout.

Adirondack Backwoods Elegance

Comfortable apt. in its own building on 50+ wooded acres near Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Whiteface Mtn. Miles of walking trails. Great road biking. Large, private screened porch; Tempurpedic queen bed; full kitchen, big LR & cozy recliners. We now have covered parking for one car! We are only 20 minutes from Whiteface ski area and nearby hiking and mountain biking trails as well as lakes and rivers for swimming and paddling. There are trails on the property for walking and snowshoeing.

Spacious, brand new three bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment on first floor. Open concept living provides a nice spot for a family vacationing or a single person looking for a place with all the amenities from home while traveling for work. Five minutes from all shopping. Quick drive to local ski mountains, PGA Golf Course, hiking trails, the Canadian border, and area lakes & rivers. Plenty of off street parking for any size vehicles including trucks and trailers. Additional vehicles must be parked in the village lot. Close to downtown,10 miles to Lake Placid, plenty of outdoor recreation such as hiking and kayaking nearby.
