The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

We are thrilled to launch our wonderful barn conversion, The Coach House, set in the beautiful grounds of Welbeck House in Brooke. It offers a quiet & luxurious country retreat yet just 8 miles from the City of Norwich. It is an ideal location for exploring the Norfolk Broads and the stunning Norfolk Coastline or simply to relax & unwind, curling up in front of the log burner with a good book or enjoying listening to the birds and watching the wildlife from the private and enclosed back garden.

Welcome to our charming holiday barn in the picturesque village of Brooke, nestled in the heart of Norwich's beautiful countryside. This barn conversion offers the perfect escape for those seeking a taste of rural life. It boasts an open plan kitchen/living room area, large bathroom and an outdoor decking area where you can take in the scenic surroundings. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom on the mezzanine floor which is accessed using the spiral staircase.

Riverside pub is only a 10 minute walk away along the boardwalk and footpaths. Fully fenced garden.

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.

A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
