Serenity @ Scamander is a 1 bedroom privately owned unit in a bush setting. It's location and outlook is a feature which includes both the Scamander River and the stunning coastline. The unit is part of our property which privately sits below our residence with private entrance and plenty of car parking. The unit comprises of 1 bedroom with bathroom/laundry and a separate toilet. A well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge space/TV area with single sofa bed. WIFI ☑️

Shelly Point Beach House

Luxury beach house, tucked away in a quiet cul de sac only a 2 minute walk to a stunning east coast beach and 10 mins to the St helens Mountain Bike park. You will enjoy a stroll to the beach for fishing, surfing, snorkeling or a relaxing walk! 10mins up the road and you will be riding world class mountain bike trails. 25 min to Bay of Fires. The beach house faces north to get all day sun and is very sheltered, there are two decks to sit and enjoy the sunshine and a refreshing drink.

Sheoakes Beach House- East Coast Tas

Sheoakes is a stylish, designer-built beach house in the quiet coastal village of Falmouth, where laid-back vibes meet ocean views. Unit 20 is a 2 bedroom privately owned unit, part of the fabulous Whitesands Estate and brewery, located 25min from Bicheno and St Helens, 1 hr from Freycinet National Park, Coles bay and wineglass bay. Unit has sea views from deck. Bar, beer and wine tasting and sales at the Iron House brewery located in the main Whitesands Estate building. We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.
