We’re a dog friendly 2 brm en-suite, full private upstairs space above the garage with beautiful ever-changing views of the mountains. It is on a private road yet 10 minutes to downtown and the airport. It offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer on over 1 acre. The yard is partially fenced. Enjoy sitting outside in the front at the bistro table or out back at the glass table. We’re just down the road from the 2 vet clinics. We have two cans of bear spray available for use while hiking or biking area trails! Easy access to all of what Bozeman has to offer--5 miles to the heart of downtown and 38 miles to Big Sky.

Quiet and comfortable, 2 bedroom guesthouse just outside of town, will be your home away from home. Full kitchen/ bath, radiant floor heat, on-demand hot water so everyone gets a hot shower. Fully stocked kitchen, we are happy to accommodate special requests if possible. Easily accessible with ample adjacent parking. Coded lock provides convenient check-in. Located on a peaceful, dead-end dirt road, just minutes to the Bozeman amenities we love. We have chickens and a docile rooster.

Private Guest Suite in Log Home w/Mountain Views

You will have your own separate entrance to this charming and comfortable guest suite in the lower level of a 3 story log home. The home is located a few miles North of Bozeman in a quiet neighborhood and features amazing views of the Bridger Mountains. The space was completely renovated during the Summer of 2022 to be a super comfortable and peaceful retreat for two. I live in the upper level of the home, so you will hear occasional sounds of me and my 15lbs Schnauzer mix, Dill.

The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.

The Tiny House

The Tiny House is completely furnished with comfortable leather furniture and tile floors thru out the home. It has a gas, free standing heater for winter warmth. The bed room has a comfortable queen sized bed, closet and dresser. A new leather sofa sleeper has been added to accommodate several more guest. It has a full size memory foam mattress. Parking is right out the front door and a private yard. Guest are surprised that it isn't really that tiny after all-650 sqft.
