The Fish House

The Fish House is nestled in the outskirts of Bozeman, Montana located on the Gallatin River, and geared for the outdoor enthusiast. It’s also located across the street to Cottonwood Golf Course. It is centrally located to Bridger Bowl-27 miles , Big Sky-45 miles, BozemanYellowstone Int'l Airport-15 miles, and Yellowstone National Park-84 miles...and only 8 miles to Bozeman. Come enjoy a stay at the Fish House, on one of the best fly fishing rivers in the world right out your back patio! The Fish house has many state of the art features. The entry to the house is accessed with your phone on an app. Hue lighting and motion lighting helps to illumine the space, inside as well as outside. High speed internet, and access to Apple TV are provided. The Fish house, though only 750 sq ft, has all the comforts of home. It has radiant heat in the floors. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. The bathroom with its high end fixtures, creates an unique space with the driftwood walk in shower and touch controls. The outdoor space is one of the most relaxing areas around. There are steps leading you to the Gallatin river, with rock boulder steps for access to the river. There's a brand new Weber Gas grill on patio. And when the weather allows, there are lounging chairs by the river or lounging chairs on the patio. A perfect spot for an afternoon nap or book. Guests can park right in front of the Fish house. The owners, Todd & Traci live next door in the River House, which they are currently renovating . They are typically available if needed, but allow guests to have their own space. Both Todd and Traci grew up in Bozeman, so are quite familiar with the area and its amenities, as well. The Fish House is unique in being in the country across the street from Cottonwood golf course & on the Gallatin river, but only minutes away from local restaurants, shopping and gas. There are 3 main buildings on the property, with the Fish house being the center one with the lit Driftwood Tree in the center. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay!

The Pale Morning Dun in Manhattan, MT

Guests have the entire house. This farmhouse was moved from the original site of Manhattan in 1907. In 2003 we added a 2nd floor and many timber-framed structural elements. The house is approximately 1.5 blocks from a train crossing. For people sensitive to the noise of a train's whistle, we would recommend looking elsewhere. It runs through the night, mostly in the summer months. The house has no AC, temperature is managed by opening the windows at night and closing during the day and fans.

Newly Remodeled Two Bedroom, One Bath

Welcome to my two bedroom one bath with a single car garage. Open concept living area with equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Bathroom has a full bath/shower. Living room has a fold out couch that sleeps two. This is half of a duplex and is very quiet. This is three miles from the Bozeman airport. It is 45 minutes from Big Sky Ski area, 25 minutes from the Bridger Ski area, and about 90 miles to Yellowstone National Park. Paradise Valley and Chico Hot Springs are close NO SMOKING!!

HUGE AIR CONDITIONED efficiency suite features stained glass doors and windows, overlooks aspen and flowering crabapple trees. Gas burning stove for cozy nights as you cuddle in the king size bed. Enjoy views of the Bridger Mountains off the deck. This property is situated on a 10 acre horse ranch just 15 minutes west of Bozeman. 20 minutes from the airport & 5 minutes from numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Sit and relax as horses meander about and start their day. 2minutes north is Cottonwood Hills Golf Course. Fish in the Gallatin River or soak in Bozeman Hot Springs just 5 minutes away. Fantastic hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, skiing and many other outdoor activities.

The best kept secret in the Gallatin Valley. 20 miles from Bozeman, but a world away. Limited guests mean you often have the place to yourself or just a few others. A step above tent camping. Located on a historic farm just minutes from town. As such, there are farm animals. We are pet-loving people, but please don't just arrive with your pets without first checking. Beautiful one bedroom apartment close to town.

Gorgeous apartment above detached garage with its own parking space. You will have the luxuries of satellite smart TV, wireless internet, BBQ, very cozy queen size bed, and kitchen equipped for cooking. The apartment has radiant heat that keeps the place warm in the winter and a great A/C for the hot summer days. Close to town and amazing Mountain View’s.

Tipi: Teepee: SlabTown Lair With Hot H20 Shower

You’ll love this place, the comfy bed, coziness, & just being in a Tipi. There is a kitchen, with a stove, fridge & cooking supplies, ....french press for making coffee. There is an outhouse with a compostable toilet, sink with hot h20, an outside shower with hot H20, a lounging area with umbrella. A fantastic place to spend the night.
