If your visit to Orlando does not involve the parks, but the amazing Downtown Orlando, then this is the place for you. Hot water, comfy, cozy and homey.

Enjoyed my stay there. Felt at home the whole time. Enjoyed sitting outside with my cup of coffee, listening to the owls “talking” to each other. Very peaceful setting. Beautiful trees. Enjoyed watching all (9) of the cats playing and walking around in the yard. The blueberry muffins were awesome! Thank you for a lovely experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Noga’s place on Hemple Ave! The home was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive from everything Orlando has to offer. Noga was a gracious and responsive host, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. From the thoughtful touches to the easy check-in process, every detail was taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed Airbnb in the area.

unbelievable tranquility hidden in the heart of Orlando

This was our second stay at Emily's cottage, and it did not disappoint. We returned to the Winter Park area to go kayaking on the nearby lakes and to enjoy the restaurants and museums. The cottage is centrally located on a quiet street. Definitely will stay again if we are in the area. Emily is an outstanding hostess.

Charming garden house, good hosts, excellent location, and the house itself has a nice feel. If you’re tall (6’2 or over), you may need to sleep slightly diagonally on the bed, which was fine. The AC is a somewhat older model but works. It has a really nice porch to sit outside and enjoy the lush vegetation.

Great place ! We had a relaxing and very pleasant stay, kids enjoyed it and we will definitely be back!!

Boendet är toppen! Mycket smakfullt inrett, mycket bra sängar och faciliteter, m.m. Luly var snabb att svara när vi behövde något, allt var rent och fint och väl i ordning. Poolarean var fantastisk medan poolen var ganska kall, men det kan man kanske vänta sig i april. Området är lugnt, men det behövs en bil för att ta sig dit man ska, oavsett vad man skall göra. Man kan höra tåg och flygplan, men inte så mycket att det stör. Vi kommer absolut överväga Lulys boende nästa gång vi är i närheten!

Beautiful space for a couple. Me and my Fiancé enjoyed our stay here. Great host. Great place. I definitely will book again. We didn’t have problems at all. I did heard some notices but very little.

Mirko and Ashley are great hosts! The guesthouse was perfect for the two of us just looking for a short vacation. It’s very clean and organized, and the pool was a great perk. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful at all times. You do have to travel at least 30 minutes to get to most attractions, but that’s expected staying outside of Orlando. 5 stars all around!

We had a wonderful stay at Walt Manor! We were in town just for the night, to visit Bok Tower Gardens the next day. I was able to have a nice relaxing evening with a soak in the spacious tub, followed by a movie in the cozy king bed. Everything was fresh and clean, coffee readily was readily available and the whole room just had an accommodating vibe. Definitely recommend this place for a peaceful get away! Lots of delicious Mexican food nearby in Haines City. 10/10! One of the best Air B&B stays I’ve had in my many adventures!

My husband and I made a last min trip to Orlando and need to make reservations on the spot and Ellie was very happy to accommodate us right away! Ellie’s place was very clean and cozy!! Ellie was very quick to respond anytime I had reached out to her in regards to our stay! The stay was very last minute and how relaxing to have just a flexible understanding host!! So happy with our stay we actually extended our stay an extra night instead of traveling on!!!! I highly recommend Ellie’s little paradise to rest your head and feel at home! We couldn’t have asked for more!!!

Really great, very clean place in a nice location! Super nice commuication and very quick response time from the hosts! We will definitely come back and recommend it! Everything was explained very well and the pictures are exactly how it looks like.

This place is better than the pictures. So much space here. Enough for three couples. Fit my family of three perfectly. The ac was amazing in the Florida heat. There was a pool as well. And two full bathrooms which is so necessary. Host was amazing and super kind. Didn’t run into her at all but she responded in text really fast. This is a first house from the pool. Beautiful property.

Ich war in Orlando für eine Konferenz und das Konferenzzentrum ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 min erreichbar, ein schöner Spaziergang durch das sonnige Florida. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Loved my stay at "the surfer cave". I was in Kissimee working a jiu jitsu event at the Silver Spur Arena. I was out most of the day. I did feel a calm, serenity with the neighbors playing merengue, bachata and dembow. Viewing the avocado and mango trees in the neighborhood made me feel at home in Dominican Republic. Careful driving into the neighborhood the streets are not well paved. Close to the Main St public transportation which I used some days. Washer and dryer in the unit was a beautiful addition. Did not use the TV because I did not have the remote control present. I do not watch TV in my normal life when not traveling, so the TV was a no factor. MODERN, CLEAN, well stocked and the carport was a great addition - we were able to enjoy several quiet mornings and evenings sitting out there. Overall comfortable & cozy, would definitely stay again in the future.

Wei’s place is beautiful! Very peaceful and cozy apartment surrounded by nature, right next to a creek. We appreciated Wei’s clear instructions on how to check in and her communication when we had questions, we highly recommended it!

We had a great stay! My kids loved the space to run around in. It was conveniently located close to everything. Definitely the relaxation we needed.

This garage apartment was just what my small family needed for our short stay in Orlando - the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the A/C was cold. We had more space than we would have had in a hotel, even with a Pack-N-Play set up for our toddler, and the location made it easy to get around. Beatriz was very responsive if I had questions - would definitely stay again.

AWESOME, PERFECT, WOULD RECOMMEND. We have just finished our 2-week Florida holiday at Alexis’s property (April 2025). LOCATION: Location is ideal, Walmart and Target are both within a 5-minute drive as are well-known eateries along the 192. Universal and Disney no more that 20-40 minutes away PROPERTY: Alexis has described the property perfectly and the photos are sufficient in giving a suitable picture of what to expect. The property provided everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable break. The property was clean and presented well. HOST: Alexis was awesome. From initial booked through to our time at the property. Whenever we message him, he replied promptly and dealt with all questions swiftly. VERDICT: Our final verdict is that we would not hesitate to rebook and stay at this property again. Great location, great host and great holiday. Thank you, Alexis.
