HB Starfish Cottage

Welcome to the very clean HB Starfish cottage. You will be staying in a private one bedroom apartment w/ its own separate entrance upstairs. You will access your cottage via a lockbox. It’s 700 sq ft . We live below and can interact with you as much or as little as you like. Your space has a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining area and a kitchen. (no stove, but there is a toaster oven and microwave.) There is a small privatdeck to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset.

Small private room #1 downstairs, with shared bathroom next door. Perfect location with 5-7 min drive to Huntington Harbor, to Sunset Beach, with lots of markets, restaurants and parks in the immediate area, 10 min to Bella Terra Mall. Costco.. Safe and quiet neighborhood Parking: on the streets ( there are plenty) except on 2nd and 4th Monday mornings =street sweeping- parking: on driveway One guest and non-smoker only please. Guest House in Huntington Beach (400 sq ft)

400Sq ft Tiny Guest House in HB with easy freeway access. Located close to LAX, SNA, and LGB Airports. Located less than 7 miles to the beach, 15 miles to Disneyland; 9 miles to Knotts Berry Farm; and less than 3 miles to Bella Terra Shopping Center with access to restaurants, theaters, and shopping. After exploring the area come back and relax in your own comfortable private retreat. Convenient street parking is always available right in front of the property. There is a $50 fee for Pets.

5 mins to John Wayne & South Coast

My place is in a safe and quiet neighborhood; located in the center of Orange County, 5 minutes away from John Wayne Airport, South Coast Plaza and Irvine that has a lot of corporate offices. The bedroom is furnished with queen memory foam bed, iron and ironing board, work (study) space and mini refrigerator. Camera surveillance 24/7 outside of the house. NOTE: We just got the permit to work on the backyard so there will be construction noise between 8am to 5pm. Sorry for any inconvenience

Spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and great privacy The room is on 2nd floor . 1 dedicated parking on driveway. 2nd car need to park on nearby street. Street Sweeping on Mondays 8AM-12PM. Air mattress as sleep arrangement for the 3rd and 4th guests if you have more than 2 guests. We have two listings. This is the only one inside our house. The other one has a separate entrance. Quiet, clean and respectful guests are welcome. Kitchen & living room is not included.

"Nook", private room 8 minute drive to the beach

My home is located in a calm & safe neighborhood of Costa Mesa, a short 8 minute drive to the beach (2.3 miles). The house is a cozy (1,100 sqft) 3 bedroom rancho, built in the early 50's & nestled between 2 large front and back yards in which we have some wildlife. I cater mainly to single guests even though I accept 2 with an extra charge. You will share the house with me alone. Parking is always available right in front of the house. See you then!

Chic 2 Room Guest Suite w/ Private Entry

Enjoy a peaceful stay in Mesa Verde, Costa Mesa. This private 2-room suite offers a queen bed, sofa bed, dedicated workspace, and a full private bath. You’ll also have a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and essentials. Though attached to the main house, the suite is completely separate with its own entrance and no shared areas. Centrally located near beaches, South Coast Plaza, restaurants, and nightlife.
