Upstairs, an additional bedroom contains one or two single beds. The property is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and less than a mile from Pilgrim Hospital.

There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.

Woodpecker Lodge is situated on the edge of our family home,in the beautiful village of Frampton. The apartment is located on the first floor of our newly built garage. It has a very spacious, modern feel whilst being nestled in countryside. If you enjoy walking and nature, this is the perfect place for you. A 40 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car and you will arrive at Frampton Marsh, where you can grab a coffee and enjoy the views.

Welcome to The Coach House - our cosy little corner of unspoiled Lincolnshire countryside. Decorated in rustic French farmhouse style, it's the perfect place to unwind way from busy modern world. Curl up with a book by the fire or enjoying cooking at our Esse and Rayburn ranges - or pull on wellies to explore the surrounding fields. This is the place to getaway from it all for a few days. With electric car and Tesla charging.

A quiet retreat offering peace and privacy in a detached building within our large garden. Lockable entrance gate with key available on arrival. Wifi access is included which most guests have found perfectly adequate. Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if requested)sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you. Although there is not a full kitchen, we have provided a small oven.
