Bright 4 bedroom home in the heart of town.

This 4 bedroom getaway brings all the comforts of home to your vacation. With the ability to comfortably sleep 10 people there’s plenty of room for you and your friends or family. Enjoy an evening of dinner under the lit gazebo and s’mores around the fire pit or hit the town and check out all the Yuma has to offer. This home is centrally located so you’re never far from food and drinks. Just a 20 minute drive to the dunes, a 15 minute drive to Mexico and a one minute walk down to the park.

Spacious Getaway with Mountain Views

This great place has a spacious master en suite separate from guest bedrooms. On the opposite end of the house you'll find 2 guest rooms separated by a guests bath. One of these rooms is very spacious an it's equipped with a premium king size bed, a flatscreen smart TV, private seating area, as well as a walk-in closet. Ammenities include: Keurig coffee maker, dishwaser, a bbq grill, firepit and outdoor furniture. And it's conveniently located in a peaceful area close to freeway entrance.

Separate Guesthouse on private lot in the Foothills long or short term Smartlock key pad Full Kitchen, WIFI 362. Welcome Winter Visiters, Border Patrol, Nurses, and contractors, Shaded Parking, Boat parking, 1/2mi to I-8 22 to Mexico 28 to Martinez lake, 31 mi to YPG. Close to Restaurants, Clubs, Shopping, Hiking Golfing. NO CARPET for those who have allergies! Very comfortable bed and furniture. Patio area with lots of seating and BBQ for you to enjoy. Yuma's Best Kept Secret

Relaxing family home in a safe and lovely Neighborhood. It’s a comfy rustic farmhouse in the Desert. House has great lighting from skylights in the home and comfortable beds. My favorite part of the House: the master shower is 7 foot long by 4 feet wide with a skylight overhead. 5 to 13 mins to grocery stores, golf courses, parks, churches, restaurants. 18 minutes to Algo Dones, Mexico, 40 mins from Lake Martinez, or the Sand Dunes
