Super clean townhome located on a quiet neighborhood; contemporary furniture and high-quality beds; private covered garage and the convenience of a washer/dryer inside the house. Private small backyard too. Close to Walmart (1.8 miles) and restaurants. Garage is available but won’t fit longer/taller than normal vehicles like long and tall pickups/SUVs. Garage is 17 feet deep by 6’7 feet/79 inches tall (garage door). Tub stoppers are not provided, tubs are intended to be used as showers only.

Quirky Yuma Guest House

Our guest house may be a little quirky, with a unique layout and features, but it is a comfortable place to stay and play and has all of the great features for a quick pit stop in Yuma or a longer stay for leisure or Mexico medical/dental trips. We've been investing in our home to make it better for you, and we're currently changing out windows and will shortly begin painting. We're about 1.5 miles to Interstate 8 and nearby to Algadones, the Imperial Dunes, and everything Yuma has to offer!

There is no smoking allowed on the property. *Absolutely ONLY two people to spend the night. No smoking, no pets, no children. *Hosts have been vaccinated for Covid-19.

Our quiet guesthouse has great access to the interstate and is an easy five minute drive from most Yuma attractions (the Colorado river, quaint coffee shops, shopping, great restaurants, and movie theater in Old Town Yuma) The tile floor and fenced in backyard make it an ideal spot for those traveling with pets.
