Chic Guest Suite Across From Park

A lovely, well-appointed guest suite in a mid-century modern bungalow overlooking a large park in Regina. The suite is located on the main floor of the house, there is one step down in to the suite. The accommodation features: A 350 square foot private suite with its own bathroom and discreet entrance. A very comfortable queen size bed. A leather chesterfield which folds out for a second, very comfortable queen size bed. The suite's private bathroom (compact but very cute) has a shower, sink and loo, lots of plush towels, toiletries, hairdryer. The "kitchenette" area is located next to the suite's garden doors overlooking the rear deck. It features a microwave, coffeemaker, and refrigerator. Ideal for light snacks. (not suitable for actual cooking). Dishes and cutlery, cork screws, bottle openers, etc are provided. The suite is stocked with a selection of teas, fresh ground coffee and bottled water. Suite has a brick fireplace (with electric fireplace insert). Chest of drawers and open closet for organizing clothes. Full-length mirror. WiFi Internet. Flatpanel HDTV. Quality towels & bed linens, extra blankets and pillows are provided. Iron and ironing board For longer stays we can make arrangements for laundry. We are located across from Kinsmen Park South and are next to the Storm Channel Walkway system, so there are lots of options if you wish to go out for a stroll. Groceries can be obtained from our local family-run grocery, 'Lakeview Fine Foods' (we love them) which is across the park on Hill Avenue. Good Life Fitness (Golden Mile Shopping Ctr) and Evolution Fitness ( Pasqua and Lakeview) are both conveniently located a few blocks away, a quick easy walk or short drive. Beautiful Four Bedroom Lakefront Cottage Echo Lake

Have fun with the whole family at this lakefront cabin and enjoy everything the lake has to offer. Spectacular sunsets, close to town and the golf course, while also being tucked away on a very quiet dead end street. Enjoy the hot tub, beautiful kitchen and massive wrap around deck. The cottage sleeps 14. Room 1 is on the main floor has a queen bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, and Bedroom 4 is the bunk room with 4 queen beds. Welcome to paradise! This 3000 sqft walkout has lots of room and options for everyone. You’ll enjoy 115 feet of lake front, natural beauty of the valley, and a treed oasis in the backyard. Includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, futon, air mattress and cot for extra sleeping. New fully appointed kitchen, lots of zones including a lakeside tiki bar/patio, 3 fire pit zones with birch wood (1), smart TVs, Sonos sound, excellent wifi, lots of games (inside and out) and all the amenities you would need.

Welcome! You will enjoy your stay at this comfy suite. The house is located at the East side of Regina, which is minutes away from all the East end amenities, including grocery, department stores, gyms, and restaurants. It is only a few minutes drive to access main roads and highway. Bus stops are less than 5 minutes walking distance. The house is located on a nice and quiet crescent with plenty of parking space and near the park.
