The cottage has a brand new kitchen and bath. 3 bedrooms and an additional breezeway space perfect for reading or an additional private sleeping space. The home has an outdoor patio, and outdoor shower. Spend the day at the private association beach. Please note **only 2 cars can be accommodated. There is no street parking or large gatherings allowed**

Welcome to the charming Nehantic in the Black Point Private Beach. Located in a peaceful and desirable neighborhood, this lovely residence offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. As you step into the property, you'll be greeted by a beautifully remodeled interior. The house boasts three cozy bedrooms, providing ample space for you and your loved ones. The full bath is tastefully designed and well-maintained, ensuring both style and functionality.

Great location- 1 mile to the beach, 1/2 mile to shops and restaurants, and less than a 1/4 mile to a park! The house is set back from the road with a good size driveway. The inside is newly renovated and we are working to finish the yard area for the summer! The house has WiFi, large yard, and a great front porch that gets a ton of sun. We’ve made great memories there over the years and are now looking to share it with others!

Just a 5-minute walk from the private beach where you can swim, paddleboard, kayak, etc., this is your perfect getaway!
