The proximity to Chattanooga was perfect. We loved sitting on the porch, enjoying the view and birds while drinking coffee every morning. The place was cozy and our dog had a great time here. Would come back if I'm in the Chattanooga area again!

Standouts - included kitchen appliances, dishes and flatware were over the top - we needed nothing to prepare dinner for 7! Separate bedrooms with comfy beds and a sleeper couch for our grandson. Recreational add-ons of pool table & dartboard in the game room with the projector wall screen tv with surround sound was a big hit. The backyard had a HUGE deck with a patio covered shelter area with room for 8 people to sit around a table and talk. I had morning coffee out there every morning by myself and listened to the birds. I used my Merlin ID app that listens and identified birds. It listed 15 different birds inside of 4-minutes. EVERYTHING is close - Rock City, Lookout Mountain are literally viewable from the nearby thoroughfare. The aquarium took us about 15-minutes to reach. Food stores very close - coffee shops etc. The hosts had everything covered - including coffee pods, ground coffee, extra paper towels, a blender, toaster, etc etc etc. We wanted for NOTHING. This lake house was such a great find. It’s absolutely beautiful and so so very peaceful. My family and I will for certain be back here. The host was always friendly and very helpful. The neighbors are excellent and so so kind. The neighborhood here is very peaceful. Thank y’all for sharing your home with us. Lord willing we will be back early fall.

This was the perfect stay! The home was well appointed, and all the “community” amenities kept us busy! We really felt like we were at a resort when laying by the pool overlooking the lake. I highly recommend Magnolia Overlook. There was even a wedding at the beautiful “Main House” and we would have been none the wiser if Dave hadn’t given a heads up, they were very respectful! We will be back.

An easy place to stay with kids. Jaims was a great host. The space is very welcoming. Scottsboro is very close for any groceries / easy dining out. Lake Guntersville has a lot of scenic spots to be on the water. The place will be perfect when there's a dock at the house, but was easy enough to go over to the boat ramp. Great stay to get away and shut off!

This home was perfect for a last minute need to get out of town. The basement was spacious and there was adequate bedding. The mattresses were comfortable and the home was spotless. Wish the weather had been warmer for the pool. Shane was excellent with communication and check in was super easy.

This is the second time we have stayed here with our dogs. It’s very clean, cozy, relaxing and peaceful. Everyone on staff is so kind and will go out of their way to help you with any needs you may have. I highly recommend this tiny home and we will be back!

Mike and Brianna are super-hosts in every way. Very accommodating, flexible, communicative, always available and just great to interact with. Home is everything you see in the photos and more. Lots of amenities. Barely left the house because the house has so many amenities for all 6 guests with differing ages and personalities. You can't go wrong renting this home with Mike and Brianna. You won't regret it - That's for sure.

The location was quite beautiful. The cabin was a little hard to find in the dark. But not bad at all. There were alot of things to do around the area. We hope to be back one day

Rocky's place was absolutely amazing! We loved the pool and hot tub and the house itself was perfect for our trip!

The bus stop was such a fun little getaway for our family! Very relaxing and peaceful! We ventured out and hiked to see a few waterfalls in the area. Little River Canyon and DeSoto Falls are close by and definitely worth checking out. After a day full of hiking, we enjoyed coming back to the bus and piling up to watch a movie. There was a great collection of movies to choose from! The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come visit again!

Rogers place was so peaceful and he was an amazing host that was extremely flexible and kind. Would more than recommend him.

After was very responsive, responded quickly to an issue and fixed right away. The place had everything i needed, it was well thought out like I was at home. Located not too far from Tennessee, I was able to do activities in GA and Tennessee. Highly recommend

Joseph and Angie was very responsive and all his animals are very friendly. Our plan is to spend some time with animals and stay away from city life. This place fulfilled our expectation. The house is little old and bathroom doors needs some attention. Other than that, we loved the stay no regrets. Joseph gave additional hours at checkout and this was the first Airbnb who gave check-in early too. They were very generous providing all needful kitchen supplies and grocery, even though we didn't cook much. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone who want to have a secluded and silent environment with farm animals. Their Dogs are so sweet and friendly stayed all time in front of our door and walked with us inside the farm any time. Thanks to Joesph and Angie once again!

The home is very convenient to all things Mentone. So nice that there are two suites! We grilled one night and most nights enjoyed a relaxing fire in the screened porch fireplace. Kitchen is very workable for cooking full meals and wifi, TV and setting are great. Our dogs were able to run off lead as the home is about 1000' off the main road on a small lane. Loved the cabin feel and that there were bathtubs! You must see Little River Falls - take water shoes & play in the mountain water!

We stayed here for my daughter’s spring break and had a great weekend! The hot tub was great and we toasted s’mores in the fire pit in the back. We also went and visited DeSoto Park just a short drive away for a fun day of hiking and hit up Mentone Market for some pizza afterwards. Such a great place for a relaxing getaway!

My family of four and our two pups took the trip down to Alabama for our son's baseball tournament. This cabin was perfect for us. We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like a home, and it had everything we needed. It was close to Guntersville State Park, so we were also able to enjoy fishing and the swim beach during our breaks from baseball. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area.
