Relax and enjoy the desert landscape. Secluded, private, and spacious 2400sqft entire home with heated pool and hot tub (see house rules). Completely custom home, beautifully decorated with designer furniture throughout. 10min away from the Laughlin Bridge and Katherine's landing but a world apart. Quiet, peaceful, private, with unbelievable views of the stars, city lights, mountain landscapes. One-of-a-kind desert getaway. Lots of easy and safe boat or toy hauler parking, ez access to trails.

Desert Jewel modern home close to the river.

Open concept floor plan for entertaining family and friends. Keyless entry for a stress free check-in. Modern and clean with lots of natural light. Newly remodeled with quarts counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Please be advised if you are booking for a friend. We don’t accept third party bookings. This is grounds for immediate cancellation with no refund. Only a short 10 minute walk to the river. The best place to stay in Bullhead City (Tri-Stare area). Internet Speed: 350MPS

28 ft deep 2 car garage, 8 ft garage door. Per HOA no Boats/Trailers parked overnight on street or driveway- MUST be able to fit inside garage. Relax in this calm, stylish space. House is located off the parkway, close to the casinos in Laughlin, boating on the Colorado River, ATV'n at nearby trails or enjoy the community pool (unheated) or hot tub a 2 minute walk away! This beautiful new construction single story home is centrally located next to Bullhead city and close to shopping, casinos, the Colorado River, Laughlin, Vegas, Lake Havasu, Oatman, Lake Mohave, medical facilities, and many restaurants. The house has Plenty of room on either side for your Jet skis, side-by-side or boat! There is a boat launch less than 10 minutes away, the Avi casino has opened their Boat Launch to the public!

Welcome to our Desert Oasis. We have the perfect spot for you!! Enjoy a day at the lake, an afternoon on a Razor or a night at the casino our home is the spot to enjoy the beauty of Arizona desert. Enjoy Netflix on 80in TV or lounge in the volleyball pool(3.5 sides/5ft middle). BBQ and dine under covered patio. Friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Parking in driveway and street (no garage access) side parking for razors. no pets, NO SMOKING! ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS!!

Quiet, comfortable and enough room for the whole and space to bring your water or desert toys. Situated on a cul-du-sac in a quiet neighborhood in Fort Mohave you'll have the perfect place to relax after being on the water or in the desert. Located on the 13th hole. 12 mi from Jack Smith Boat Launch 20 mi from Katherines Landing/Lake Mohave Master bedroom with king size bed, walk in closet, walk in shower and double vanity. Handicap accessible room and shower. Bedroom #2 - queen size bed with palm tree views! Bedroom #3 - queen bed and a full bed. Large kitchen table and living room space! Very open space for entertaining large groups.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home is centrally located. Within walking distance to accessible water access. Close to Parks and Casino. Open floor plan with central Air , Sleeps up to 7 people (Max) .Gas barbecue outside on those hot days. Industrial ICE maker. Brand new mist water system installed in back yard to cool down on those beautiful desert nights. Super fast wifi mesh speed booster system.

With space for everyone this is sure to be the best getaway. Wanting a weekend at the river? Look no further, with plenty of parking for all your toys including your RVs theres no better place. Close to stores, river and the casino. This two bedroom two bathroom home is very spacious and inviting. It has a large kitchen perfect for those who enjoy cooking at home and sitting with their loved ones over a good meal.
