Desired location 10 houses down from launch ramp. Enjoy the day life out on the water or head out to the nightlife minutes away from shopping, casinos and restaurants.

Desert Jewel modern home close to the river.

Open concept floor plan for entertaining family and friends. Keyless entry for a stress free check-in. Modern and clean with lots of natural light. Newly remodeled with quarts counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Please be advised if you are booking for a friend. We don’t accept third party bookings. This is grounds for immediate cancellation with no refund. Only a short 10 minute walk to the river. The best place to stay in Bullhead City (Tri-Stare area). Internet Speed: 350MPS

Large modern home with a private desert oasis-spend a relaxing weekend around the pool or have a family get together in the large beautifully landscaped backyard. Shuffleboard, ping pong, pool table, and more this home has everything you need. This home boasts a 3 car boat deep garage so there is plenty of space to park and store your water or desert toys. There is also an extra long driveway along the right side of the home for additional parking. Pet friendly. Inquire for large gatherings.

Welcome to our vacation home which we lovingly call the "Anchored Inn!" Sitting just off the main highway in a prime and central location, our three bedroom, two bath home backs up to BLM land that we love taking our RZR out on! Our home is perfect for two families with children; Parents in their own King beds and an extremely cool space for kids with three queen beds, Smart TV, PS with chairs. The perfect spot for both kids and adults after a day on the water or tearing it up on the sand!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home is centrally located. Within walking distance to accessible water access. Close to Parks and Casino. Open floor plan with central Air , Sleeps up to 7 people (Max) .Gas barbecue outside on those hot days. Industrial ICE maker. River Families and Snowbirds will both love this location! Very safe and friendly community. -A full renovation was completed in January 2021, with granite counters in the entire home, upgraded wood floors, and a huge outdoor BBQ/bar. -The backyard sits on the 11th fairway of the River's Edge Golf course and the Rio Buena Vista community beach is a 2 minute walk. -Launching from either Jack Smith (public 2 miles) or Needles Marina (1/2 mile).

Beautiful Colorado River Home

Enjoy this entire home! Minutes away from multiple boat launches, rotary park, community park and Casinos! Centrally located home equipped with smart TVs in every bedroom and a 70” smart tv in the living room. Provide Netflix on all TVs. Along with plenty of parking, there is plenty of indoor space to relax or barbecue outside. Included is a full kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge and Keurig. Riverfront house with casino view

Perfect home and location!!! Clean, spacious with ample parking for boats, trailers all fenced in. Launching just few blocks from here. Private dock. Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ. Have fun on our beach, swim, fish of the dock or play on the large grass area. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Fun for the whole family!!!
