The Guest House at Monte Cassino Vineyard, an architectural gem. At 650 sq ft, this free standing, studio loft space is a ground up restoration of an 1830s summer kitchen. Completed for 2016 season, it includes a kitchenette, with mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Outdoor grill is available as well. The living room has a fireplace and the bedroom loft is a designer's dream. Adjacent to the main house, the GH also includes use of the pool in season. Extremely private grounds.

Free street parking is available in front but fills up quickly after 4 PM and weekends due to the nearby entertainment district. No residential-only restrictions on surrounding streets. Alternatively, use the pay lot at 7th/Main or the covered garage under Riverhaus at 5th/Main. *Note: Towing is enforced in paid lots for unpaid vehicles.*

There is 1 Bedroom with Queen bed, a Queen size bed Murphy Hutch, (PLEASE notify me if you need to set up) 2couches and a twin air mattress. Private suite on ground level of house (private entrance) in beautiful Park Hills. You have your own parking right next to your entrance.
