The place was really great. It was perfectly placed in a peaceful neighbourhood in Pizhala. A 5mins walk will take you to the serene backwaters of Cochin. The hosts were very helpful and responded really quick. There was a road closure on the way to the place and they communicated way ahead and made necessary arrangements for us. Overall peaceful stay. Worth the price!

One of the best stays in our 5 days of trip to Kerala. Located in a calm neighbourhood. Inside property is well designed. Every window had mosquito nets installed. It was just like a home in a different place. Vivek is so friendly and available all the time just a phone call away. The hospitality was so good that without the presence of the host itself we felt it good. As suggested by the host in the description use dim lights for the best experience of the property in the evening. Will definitely visit if we plan Kochi again.

I had booked the entire villa for my guests to attend my Engagement. The team at Alchemy homes were very responsive and made their stay feel like home. The place was very well maintained and had all the amenities needed. The location was very close to the city but access was a little difficult as the streets leading to the villa were very narrow. This wouldn't be a problem for natives of Kerala as they are used to driving large vehicles through narrow streets but for others it could pose a challenge. Overall a very good homestay and is ideal for families coming to Kochi for holidays. I'm extremely thankful to the Alchemy Homes team, they made sure the entire experience was wonderful. We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. Ramana and Karthick have built out an amazing place, we stayed there for 9 days and were doing workcation. The wifi and the house amenities mentioned are exactly how they have been mentioned. our stay eas extremely peaceful and we faced zero friction with anything over there. Karthick is a great host, zero disturbance, great person to talk to, very responsive to needs and also a travel guy to help you with information with your sight seeing. The building is located at a great place. Its worth every penny charged, actually felt undercharged. The property is very clean as it is cleaned everyday and feels like a home. Has all the machines required, washing machine, automatic vaccum, fridge, utensils washer and fully stacked kitchen. Highly recommended place. It was a premium experience.

I needed a place to freshen up and sleep for an early flight out of Kochi. Jose’s place is close to the airport and provided what I need. I had a little problem to find the address as it is on a service road. But Jose was able provide clear directions to turn off the main road.

My stay at Mr. Yacub's home was nothing short of homely comfort. The house is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen along with multiple appliances. The bedrooms are quite spacious with three fitted bathrooms respectively, which were maintained neat and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which is a bonus when staying in Kochi. Overall, this is a unique home to stay in while visiting Kochi as the location is ideal and the balcony which wraps around the house provides a relaxing 360 degree view. Another positive aspect of the apartment is the helpful security staff, which ensures a secure stay. Mr. Yacub and Shoba were always available when I required help or assistance during my stay at the airbnb, and for all these reasons, I highly recommend choosing Mr. Yacub's flat.
