This Historic Art Deco home- (visually artistic architecture, popular in the 20/30's originating in France) was built in 1939. It is one of the most fascinating, unique and unusual homes located on the south/east side of Old Town within walking distance to CSU, the stadium and to the heart of downtown. Old Town is thriving with local shops, art galleries, restaurants, farmers markets, music and nightlife venues, outdoor evening concerts and breweries to visit and enjoy during your stay.
