This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you for an lovely stay, Breanne!

Our family loved the space for our Spring Break. The kids enjoyed the creek and seeing wildlife (deer) right on the property. It was a close drive to Pike’s Peak, the zoo, and Garden of the Gods. On the same day, the hot tub broke and we had a sick kid. The Host sent Crumbl Cookies and had a brand new hot tub installed so we could enjoy it before our stay was up. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!

A lovely house located in a quiet community. We went for an event ten minutes. Check-in was very smooth during the daytime. Definitely will come back for future trips.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home in Colorado Springs for the month of July! The neighborhood is incredibly safe, and we loved having multiple parks within walking distance. It was the perfect area for morning strolls and mountain biking adventures. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for our extended stay. The hosts were fantastic—responsive, friendly, and always ready with local tips. Their attention to detail made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to great biking trails and outdoor activities, which made our stay even more memorable. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had, and we highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Colorado Springs. It was absolutely perfect for my visit to see my son who lives in Colorado Springs. The cottage itself is so quaint and cozy, and it was impeccably clean upon arrival. I immediately felt comfortable and at home. Everything I needed was provided, and the space was thoughtfully arranged. It was a peaceful and relaxing retreat after spending time out and about. I especially appreciated how quiet and private the cottage felt. It provided a lovely space for us to connect and relax. I highly recommend this delightful cottage to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and charming place to stay, especially if you're visiting family in the area. We visited family in Colorado Springs and needed a place to gather for Thanksgiving Dinner. Mila's place was great. In one large room are a big comfy sectional sofa, a large 6-person dining table and a workable kitchen with modern full-size appliances and a generous selection of nice pots, pans and utensils. It was perfect for our needs. Thanks, Mila!

this is a very special airbnb. the host was amazing and kindly showed us around the urban farm they have built. the living space is super and has everything you would need. it is all very thoughtfully designed and decorated. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

Great location near Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Lots of space too! Spotless kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Brian was a great host! Would stay there again, 100%.

I had a wonderful stay! The unit was lovely and spacious. I loved the original oak throughout the house, as well as the leaded glass windows. Just lovely. More importantly, everything was very clean. The bathrooms were updated and bright and had everything I needed. I also appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit; after doing some outdoor things it was great to be able to wash clothes. The kitchen seemed to have everything I needed, including coffee and tea, but I didn't cook on this visit. There is a front patio, but no yard, but I was on a working trip, so I didn't miss that at all. Frank and Ingrid were very accommodating--communication was easy and fast. This location is very close to Colorado College, which was great for my visit. I highly recommend it, and would stay here again.

I had the best time at this air bnb! It had absolutely everything you could ask for. I absolutely loved the complimentary snacks, waters, coffee, and adult beverages. It really made me feel like home! Will recommend to so many others!

We have stayed in a lot of AirBNBs over the years a d this was the best. Every little detail was well thought out - from communications before, during and after to the many many personal touched in the place…. Fresh flowers, a personal note welcoming us, muffins and fudge in the fridge, lots of extras in the bathroom, robes, eye masks…. i could go on and on. These folks define what it means to be a super host!!!!

We had the BEST stay at Mary's property. It was absolutely more gorgeous and spacious than the pictures showed. Mary was very communicative and responsive, even checking on us during a surprise blizzard! She offered her husband to come help us if we got stuck in the snow late at night! We didn't have hot water the first night we arrived, and she profusely apologized and unexpectedly returned some of our money for the inconvenience. Overall, we felt very cared for in a beautiful property with everything we would need to make for a comfortable and cozy stay in the beautiful Colorado mountains. I would 10/10 stay at Mary's property again. The beds were very comfortable, our kids loved the games and large space to play, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the towels were fluffy and plentiful! In-unit washer/dryer was also helpful for us. We always felt safe and like we were able to contact Mary with any questions at all. It was a FANTASTIC experience!

This home was fabulous! We admittedly didn't spend much time in the home or nearby locale as we were in there for a family funeral in a neighboring town. But the space was perfect, open, very clean and comfortable. Beds were nice, linens clean. The hosts were communicative and kind. So much better than a hotel! Would stay again if needed!

The Stilt House was just what we were looking for. A beautiful mountain retreat. Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. The house had all of the amenities you are looking for when traveling away from home. My kids loved hanging out in the hammocks. The kitchen is well stocked (much better than most rentals I've stayed at). Beds and linens were amazing. We were blessed to see the Northern Lights on our first night there which was a great treat! My kids already want to know when we will be going back.

Fantastic spot on the springs and great hosts! I especially appreciated how great their instructions and communication was. STUNNING location.
