The suite (660 sq ft) comprises 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a daylight bathroom, a dry kitchenette, and 1 parking spot on the driveway. The private entrance is accessible by the outside staircase next to the driveway. The home is located in a friendly, and safe neighborhood in Fountain, CO. Grocery store is 1 mile away, and most attractions are within 30 min/car.

Just minutes to Downtown in a very desirable and quite neighborhood. 15 minutes to the airport, Garden of the Gods is a 10 minute drive. Olympic training center 3 minute drive and Colorado College approx 5 minutes away. Many restaurant's just minutes down the road. You couldn't get a better location to discover all that Colorado Springs has to offer., the airport, the city center, parks, great views. No central air. Housekeeping has severe allergies, so please, no animals of any kind.

Our property is located right in the middle of almost everything you want to see when you come to Colorado Springs. Besides a beautiful view of Cheyenne Mountain with Pikes Peak visible in the distance, you’ll be a stone’s throw from The Broadmoor World Arena, Fort Carson, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, The Olympic Training Center, and the Air Force Academy. You’ll want for nothing as there is a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a shower and bathtub, as well as ample room for your family.

Cozy Solar Cottage on the West Side

My cottage is centrally located, close to downtown. Garden of the Gods, road to Pikes Peak, & Colorado College are minutes away. The interior is quaint and cozy, but has a roomy, fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing. I have a detailed list of restaurants & things to do. There is access to nearby urban trails. A comfy queen bed awaits! Coffee shop and breakfast are within walking distance. I'm sorry, but the space can't accommodate children under 5.
