Victoria House—Turn-Of-The-Century Home Across From Park

Looking for a beautiful home with true historic Savannah charm while staying in the heart of the Victorian District? This first floor apartment is fully furnished with mid-century modern furniture and custom-made pieces, and has a cool, beachy vibe. Located six blocks from historic Forsyth Park and an easy ride to River Street and all the great restaurants, shops and attractions along the way. Next door is a historic Carnegie Library and across the street, a park and playground. Private space, front and rear keypad access, large front porch, small back porch, private parking, WIFI, full cable. As much or as little as they prefer! I am happy to be a concierge in this beautiful little historic city of ours, and give lots of helpful hints and tourist tips, or they can explore on their own. The attractive neighborhood has a library right next door, a park across the street, and lots of friendly neighbors all around. Several pubs and restaurants are nearby, along with both fine and casual dining, plus grocery and package stores. The CAT bus system is available right on the corner. A taxi ride to River Street runs about $5, Uber is an easy option and Forsyth Park is a 6 block walk. A walk to River street takes about 30 minutes. Private parking out back and also parking out front. The City of Savannah and the State of Georgia require that we collect a lodging tax of 13% on all bookings. This fee will be added to your total for the number of nights you stay with us.

Often referred to as the “Barbie Dream House”, our perfectly pink 1885 Victorian fuses old world details with a cheerful, modern vibe. Our two bedroom, one bathroom first floor condo (that sleeps up to six people) fully renovated & restored in 2020 is just steps from Forsyth Park and perfectly walkable to all that beautiful historic downtown Savannah has to offer! Our third-floor condo is perched in a gorgeous, historic, 1880 Savannah townhome, overlooking idyllic Monterey Square, steps from Forsyth Park. Featuring a darling kitchen with space at the bar for a quick bite, cozy and inviting living room (with pull-out sofa!), spacious bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and all the Southern, old-world charm you could wish for! A stone's throw from Forsyth Park, this is an 1870's townhouse that was lovingly restored in the classic Savannah style. This one-bedroom apartment is filled with sunlight, views of a green canopy of tree-tops, and has nice architectural details. Located on the second (top) floor, this walk-up apartment features hardwood floors, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bedroom ringed with 6 windows with a view of the courtyard garden. Rare off-street parking in downtown Savannah as a huge bonus!
