Samtidig ligger eiendommen sentralt med enkel adkomst til både Stavanger og kjente turområder som Preikestolen Det tar kun 7 minutter med bil til Stavanger sentrum, og nærmeste dagligvarebutikk ligger 600 meter unna Fleksibel innsjekk Dersom du har behov for tidligere innsjekk, er det bare å ta kontakt. A spacious 3-bedroom home located in a stunning area, only 5 min away from the city centre by car. The house offers a lovely and lumious atmosphere & is both suited for work travel, ONS or a family holiday. Situated in a quiet peaceful neighboorhood, surrounded by nature. Godalen Beach is less than 1 min walk away & is a great place for swimming, hang outs & offers breathtaking views of the fjord & mountains. Town is 20 min away by foot. Parking lot, large terrasse & garden space included.

Idyllic house by the lake close to Preikestolen.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Peaceful farmhouse waiting for you at Finnøy!

The cottage is quiet and idyllic located, about 35 minutes from the city, a great starting point for trips in the area, at sea, on foot or by bike. It is located in scenic surroundings with stunning panoramic views and a short way to the beach. You have to walk about 100m in terrain from the parking lot. ( Some may find it steep.) You also get access to the boathouse with a small living room and private beach. Motor boat and 2kajaks. The beautiful photos in the cabin are for sale.

Leilighet med båtmulighet og flotte turer

Garasje leilighet med hybelkjøkken og bad, balansert ventilasjon og aircondition. Nå også med liten oppvaskmaskin og vask/tørk maskin. Mulighet for å bruke vårt basseng i hagen i sommerhalvåret. Vi har unger født i 09, 11, 14 og 2018. De er flittige brukere av bassenget. Det er en sjette soveplass, men det er på en sovesofa. Badestrand og flotte tur muligheter i umiddelbar nærhet. 10minutt til Feed skiarena og Tonstad Sentrum Sengetøy kan bestilles i tillegg. 100 kr pr sett.

Koselig hytte, sentralt men tilbaketrukket.

God plass for å komme litt bort fra hverdagen. Hytten ligger uforstyrret til i en liten skog, ca 1 km å gå til nærmeste butikk. Egen parkering, litt bratt sti (ca 50 m) fra parkering og opp til hytte. 5 minutter til nærmeste busstopp og 15 minutter til kaien der hurtigbåten legger til. Vann med kanoutleie 150 meter fra hytten, 200 meter andre veien til sjøen, tilgang til frilagerutstyr der også. Er det interesse for alpint er det ca en time til sauda og 2,5 timer til røldal.

Et flott renovert hus med utsikt over fjorden. Huset fra 1883 ble renovert i 2017. Det har 6 soveplasser, kjøkken, stue og bad. Hytte ved Preikestolen i Forsand

Koselig hytte helt i sjøkanten med nydelig soloppgang. Ta gjerne morgen badet å måltidene på terrassen med nydelig utsikt over fjorden. Hytten ligger sentralt enten du ønsker å tilbringe dagene med shopping, fisking eller gå fantastiske fjellturer som Preikestolen, Kjerag og Flørlitrappene. Det er også mange andre merkede turløyper i nærområdet som Uburen, Hatten, Hesten, Skjerajuvet osv. Badestrand , Forsand med butikk, Landa fortidslandsby like i nærheten.

Cozy cabin in quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Relax in quiet surroundings. This cabin has no running water og electricity. What the cabin does have, is great hiking opportunities and a lake you can swim and fish in close by. Let go of everyday stress and just relax. You will have to bring your own bed linen, towels and water. You can rent bed linens for 150 NOK. During spring, summer and fall there is a small creek near the cabin where you can get water. We will provide firewood for the fireplace.

Large terrace with beautiful views and a cozy outdoor fireplace. 1 boat, canoe & 2 kayak. Only 10 min to Lysefjorden for swimming, kayaking or fishing, and 1 h drive to Preikestolen. Amazing hiking trails, great fishing and true tranquility. No mobile coverage except at the cabin. Gas stove for cooking. Propan gas included.
