Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Velkommen til et hyggelig lite hus med frodig eplehage og uteplass, kun 15 minutter med buss fra Oslo sentrum. Huset er helt nyoppusset og moderne innredet med hems og hele fire meter takhøyde. Her kan man slappe av i trivelige omgivelser både innendørs og utendørs, og få "hyttefølelse" tett på Oslo. Det er varmekabler i gulv, en stor og hyggelig peisovn som varmer og regnfallsdusj på badet. Utenfor finnes en platting og uteplass på over 20m2 med grill, bålpanne, kjøkkenhage og utebelysning.

Stor terrasse, avskjermet plen, store åpne friområder både foran og bak gjestehuset. Hovedhuset ligger ved siden av. Vi er tilgjengelig ved behov.

The studio has a small but well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and utensils. There is a table for four, a sofa and a bed. The flat has its own entrance and some outdoor space. Please note there is no TV.

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
