I can’t find anything negative to complain about for this place. Everything was AMAZING, from even before I checked in to the moments I left. Francesco was quite helpful and kind, and made my stay welcome and calm. Forio was beautiful and I am SO glad I visited. I walked (personal preference) to Giardini la Mortella and the Poseidon thermal baths, and was able to spend time at the beach as well. After checking in, I received a great comprehensive list of places to visit and that was the cherry on top of my experience. Thank you both for an amazing stay, I can’t wait to come back!!

L’incontro con Ignazio e la sua famiglia é stata una bellissima esperienza . Sono state delle persone di una gentilezza e cordialità eccelsa. La location corrispondeva esattamente alle foto pubblicate. Ignazio ci ha fatto da Cicerone fin dal primo giorno. Ci sono stati consigliati tutti i luoghi più caratteristici e suggestivi. Ignazio é una persona empatica e meravigliosa. Consiglio a tutti di fare una vacanza ad Ischia e di soggiornare presso Villa Raffaella. Le mie esperienze su Airbnb sono state tutte fortunatamente positive ma quella con Ignazio è stata la migliore . Grande Host con grandissima passione . Semplicemente unico . Grazie a nome di tutta la mia famiglia per questa meravigliosa vacanza

Spent a week at this amazing apartment, Alessandra was an amazing host. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, apartment also has an beautiful balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, great to sit out on in the evening sunshine after a day sightseeing. It is a short walk into the town and approx 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We loved the small beach which is 10 metres away, there is a very large beach about 25 minutes walk away which was beautiful. Apartment has private parking which was a big plus. Fantastic experience. siamo stati accolti dalla zia di Luigi Imma una signora gentilissima. l appartamento era pulitissimo e nella zona più bella dell isola davanti al porto e vicino al centro.

Ho soggiornato in questo bell’appartamento a Ischia porto per 10 giorni. Lo stesso risulta pulito, ordinato e fornito di tutto il necessario, oltre che arredato con stile. Non avendo a disposizione l’ auto la posizione è strategica sia per spostarsi a piedi a Ischia porto sia per visitare altri luoghi sull’isola, in quanto la stazione degli autobus si trova nelle vicinanze del porto e quindi poco distante dall’appartamento. Pur essendo in centro la zona è tranquilla, ma dotata di tutti i servizi. E’ piacevole passeggiare per le vie del centro o al porto e cenare in qualche ristorante della zona. La spiaggia di San Pietro è a due passi. La signora Angela si è dimostrata competente, precisa e ci ha gradevolmente accolto con frutta fresca e spumante, oltre a fornirci indicazioni utili al soggiorno. Anche la signora Daniela è’ stata molto gentile e disponibile. Super consigliato!

Le logement de Giuseppina est un petit bijou. C’est une jolie maison située dans un très beau cadre, en hauteur de Forio mais proche de restaurants, commerces, arrêt de bus ou boutiques de locations de voitures/scooter. Donc très calme tout en pouvant rayonner sur l’île. On était accueillis par les senteurs de fleurs d’oranger. La maison en elle-même est belle, avec le petit jardin pour se mettre en terrasse, très propre et avec toutes les commodités pour notre séjour. Même si nous ne parlions pas la même langue, nous avons pu communiquer avec Giuseppina qui a été d’une grande gentillesse, toujours réactive et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un excellent - bien que trop court - séjour, et reviendrons avec plaisir !

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Mario’s apartment. The apartment is beautiful and served as the perfect home base during our stay in Ischia. While the Amalfi Coast is the beach-lovers’ dream vacation spot, many towns along it are crowded with tourists. Ischia, on the other hand, was a peaceful haven for us to return to after a day trip to Capri or Napoli, and is a hidden gem with lots to do. Mario’s apartment was the cherry on top of our trip and was within walking distance of everything we needed (buses, ferries, cafes, grocery stores, etc). We highly recommend this spot!

Had a nice time in the citrus garden and enjoyed the beach near by if you're not afraid walking some stairs. Bit oldschool interior, but cozy. Giuseppina is very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Appartamento moderno, molto pulito e spazioso. Eravamo in 12 divisi in 5 camere. In pratica ogni coppia aveva la propria camera e la propria privacy anche grazie ai quattro bagni spaziosi presenti nell’appartamento. Siamo stati molto bene e Federica, seppur influenzata, è sempre stata tempestiva nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Un po’ lontano dal centro ma vicinissimo alla stazione della metro. Inoltre c’è un pub carino proprio sotto casa che prepara ottime colazioni e aperitivi e un ristorante pizzeria comodo se non si vuole tornare in centro per la cena. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo consiglio soprattutto a gruppi numerosi.

Sono anni che prenotiamo case su Airbnb . Ci siamo sempre trovate bene, ma la casa di Cristina rasenta la perfezione. Oltre la posizione comodissima ,la pulizia e la sua disponibilità, non abbiamo mai trovato una casa così completa..c è tutto quello che avresti in casa tua. Comodità, calore e buon gusto. Eccezionale

My five year old daughter ad I had an amazing stay at Mariano's place. We spent five nights but could easily have stayed longer. The flat's location is perfect - within walking distance to the beautiful Sant Angelo, and the bus that takes you to the other places on the island conveniently stops just outside the place. The flat itself is small, but was spotlessly clean with a very comfortabe bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The garden is the cherry on top - it's incredibly beautiful with a wonderful view. Mariano's parents are very friendly and always eager to help, and my daughter loved playing with his son and to borrow his toys. I really recommend this place, and would love to come back!

Das Appartment ist klein aber fein. Die Aussenduschen und das schön gepflegte Areal sind ein Highlight. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super. Die Gastgeberfamilie (Antonio & Imma) waren stets hilfsbereit, herzlich und grosszügig. Sie gaben uns super Ausflugstipps und waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war top. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen und können es sehr empfehlen.

Dennis and his condo exceeded our expectations. The views and the location are spectacular. Dennis was very friendly and helpful. His communication was excellent. He arranged taxis for us (and for friends traveling with us) from the ferry and met us upon arrival, showed us around and provided all the information we needed to enjoy our 5 nights in St Angelo. He was always available any time we had questions. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed with new, modern furnishings and beautiful balcony. Even the lighting was well thought out, which we appreciate. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back someday. Gracie mille Dennis!

Todo salió genial. Pese a reservar a última hora, no fue problema ya que cuando llegamos en el barco ya lo tenían todo listo. El apartamento reformado, limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Procida. Se encuentra en el casco antiguo, cerca de todo pero a la vez se puede estar muy tranquilo en el apartamento. Sin duda repetiríamos.

We had a wonderful stay at La Casa Di Stellina! The apartment was clean and located in a perfect area, just a short walk from the sea. Giuseppe was very warm and patiently waited for us even though we arrived later than planned. He was very responsive and provided lots of helpful information to make our trip smoother. The welcome package with treats was such a sweet surprise—so delicious! The beautiful paintings and cute sailboat models gave the place a really special feel. Thank you, Giuseppe! We’d definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s apartment. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Clean and beautiful apartment with lovely views and close to the shops, restaurants and nice beach. Will be back again!

Très bon séjour dans ce petit appartement, nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dehors donc nous n’avons pas eu besoin de grand luxe il était très adapté pour un séjour court merci :)

Ottima ospitalità, io e la mia compagnia ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie a Peppino, Rosa e il dolce cane Cesare, persone squisite e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, Peppino ci ha saputo indirizzare verso i migliori luoghi da visitare ed era disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta e soprattutto un ottima compagnia per una chiacchierata, ci ritornerei volentieri.

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, très propre, bien décoré et tout proche de l'embarcadère. Le seul bémol mais de taille, les gros ferries ont semble t'il changé de point d'ammarage, juste sous les fenetres de l'appartement, et sont restés moteurs tournant de 22H à 8H du matin, les deux nuits ou nous sommes restés, pas de chance. C'était de fait, très bruyant la nuit. Pour le rest rien à dire tout était parfait.

Lorenzo è un host impeccabile sempre disponibile nel comunicare e offrire soluzioni alle proprie esigenze. La sua casa è un oasi nella natura e nella pace dove regna l'educazione e il rispetto della natura. Si raggiunge facilmente il centro di Forio, il lungomare degli innamorati con un tramonto mozzafiato e varie fermate dell'autobus per muoversi con comodità. Super

Alles hat gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Rubina ist unkompliziert und schnell. Sie hat sich mehrmals bei mir erkundigt, wie es mir geht und ob ich alles habe, was ich brauche, da sie mich wegen ihrer Arbeit nicht selbst empfangen konnte. Diese Aufgabe hat Veronika perfekt übernommen. Das Studio befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlegestelle des Tragflügelbootes, das von Neapel abfährt. Geschäfte und Restaurants in Forio sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor dem Haupteingang und der Strand ist gleich nebenan. Am besten haben mir das hauseigene Thermalbad und die beiden Außenpools sowie die schöne Gartenanlage gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Ich werde diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Rubina, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Exceptional host ! Agostino by far has been the most incredible host I’ve ever encountered. Professional, caring , attentive , charming , kind and friendly. Responsive at any time and hour of the day ( trusted me we bothered him a lot even at late hours at night ). The property is exactly as you see it in pictures , quite much bigger than what it looks like. Area is superb , walkable distance from The Port and other centro areas . Right in front the property there’s a fantastic restaurant. Agostino , scheduled a taxi pick up from the Ferry station as well our exit ( for a lower fare) he also booked a private boat tour to Capri in advanced and helped us to find a scooter rental place ( all some discount price ). Among other things he did I can thank him enough. The property is big enough for up to 6 people if sleeping in pairs . AC throughout the whole property ( that’s a plus for us spoiled Americans ) . Book here you won’t regret it. We will pick this place when we come back !

L’appart était super ! Je recommande fortement ! Même s’il n’y a pas grand chose autour en revanche pour sortir nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
