The location of our stunning 4 bedroom beachfront penthouse SeaCrest #2512 condo is outstanding as it’s in the heart of Coligny Plaza where you can walk to shops, restaurants & beach bars and it offers breath taking ocean and lagoon views. It easily accommodates 2 families with its two master bedroom ocean view suites which have king beds & balcony access plus 2 additional BRs. Villa comes with beach amenities including beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels & sand toys as well as board games.

Our house is located on the southern end of Hilton Head Island in the North Forest Beach neighborhood. The house is an easy 5 minute walk to Hilton Head's beautiful beach. Heron St offers its own private beach walk. It’s also a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza, offering local shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. The house features a delightful outdoor shower, 2 bicycles and a shed loaded with 2 beach chairs, boogie boards, a frisbee and a surf fishing pole and tackle. STR Permit# 073978

All this, in a setting of azaleas, palms and 20 steps to pool with stores and restaurants just 2 blocks away. Please note there is only 1 parking space available for your stay.

Ride your bike on more than 100 miles of trails. Onsite parking, pool and free wifi. Just bring your bathing suit and a towel! We provide the rest for you to have a relaxing vacation; beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, all kitchen spices, a Coffee Bar, shampoo, conditions, body wash and tide pods!

Nan's Slice of Paradise

It's called Nan's Slice of Paradise for a reason! Our home has everything you need for a perfect vacation stay. It's a ten minute walk to an uncrowded beach, three minutes to bike paths that cover the island, and minutes from convenient shopping and great restaurants. Enjoy the screened porch or the deck complete with an outside shower. I also provide beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella and cooler. Please bring your own beach towels. I'm sorry but pets are not allowed.

The Caddyshack - Perfect Location!

Welcome to The Caddyshack! Centrally located in Shipyard, this fully renovated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath villa overlooks the tee box on the 3rd hole of the Brigatine golf course. Watch the day's last golfers go by while the sun's final rays set from the back porch. GPS address, 3 North Forest Beach Drive, 203 North Shore Place HHI, SC 29928 North Shore Place is a fabulous newer upscale condominium complex on North Forest Beach Drive. It is located directly across from both the beach and Coligny Plaza. The location can't be beat and its located on the quiet side of North Shore Place rights across the street from the beach with heated pool access at the Sea Crest. The fourth floor pool in the complex does not have a heater.
