This is a cozy basement suite on a quiet street, located in the heart of Montrose, There are many walking paths around the house and it is only 3 minutes' drive from the Highway 2, coffee shops, recreation and all other amenities. You will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Our place has a door separating upstairs and basement and a private entrance and in an affluent area of High river. No pets, No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside or on the property itself.

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this newly spacious place. Walk down the neighborhood to a beautiful lake.
