The two-storey guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to the main house (built 1852). The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bright bathroom/WC. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area features high ceilings and opens to a decked garden with hot tub/jacuzzi and BBQ — perfect for relaxing. A 3rd sleeping room is a small loft with 2 single beds, is accessed by a ladder (not suitable for young children) This is a peaceful retreat, not suited to parties or loud gatherings

Situated on a quiet residential road, opposite the old tram line. 5 minutes walk from Folkestone's Harbour and sandy Sunny Sands beach and less than a 10 minute walk to the Creative Quarter, charming cobbled Old High Street and all that Folkestone has to offer. Ideally placed to explore the many local coastal paths and various Kent attractions such as Port Lympne zoo too.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.

This charming little cottage is the perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. With sea views and in a tranquil setting with a short walk to the high street with plenty of historic features in the local area. There is a single bed which must be requested upon booking (extra £10 per night). I am afraid we do not accept pets or children under 10 years old.

Situated on the sea wall (30 seconds from the sand) with breathtaking views and an open balcony looking straight over the sea. The house is designed by RIBA award winning architect Guy Holloway, and inspired by the traditional seaside beach hut. There is no other property like it in Margate. Blind Cottage is a renovated, open plan, self contained annexe. It is wonderfully light, benefiting from large windows and French doors throughout. Relax in the wonderful roll top bath, curl up in the conservatory or enjoy a coffee on the patio which overlooks our wood. The perfect stepping stone to explore the Garden of England.
