Located in the countryside yet very close to Canterbury , University & Whitstable. This room is completely private and not overlooked, with its own private patio. Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for all of Canterbury's many attractions. Breakfast is left for you in the kitchen to be prepared by yourself at leisure. The breakfast is as listed; tea or coffee, toast and butter and two types of jam and granola . We allow one good dog .

This bijou annexe is cute, quirky and has everything you need for a visit to the Creative Folkestone Music Town. With its own private entrance the annexe has a lower small double bed and an upper small cabin double bed which is great for little people.  The en suite bathroom has a shower, wc and basin and you will have clean towels and toiletries.  The sun room is a little gem of a place to sit and soak up the views of The English Channel and on clear days you can see France. The beautiful village of Bridge is a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive where you’ll find a Michelin star pub/restaurant, other beautiful pubs with amazing gardens and a wide variety of village amenities such as shop, hair dresser, pharmacy, optician and cafe.

There is a bedroom with king size bed, a lounge, kitchen, shower room and additional small seating area. There is a pretty garden and pond & the property is approx 2.5 miles from Tenterden and 2.5 miles from Biddenden. 5 mins drive from Tenterden & on 12 bus route.
