Fantastic stay a Catherine’s. House is spacious and comfortable and was spotless upon arrival. Great location. Easily walkable to Main St. with its many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. And an easy walk to the train to downtown Philly. Parking is a bit of an issue if you have more than one car, but we always managed to find a spot within walking distance. Our family had a great time here. Would definitely book it again!

Overall very nice place to stay. Convenient location near to Bryn Mawr College and downtown. The apartment was clean and comfy. Dave was very responsive whenever we needed help and responded almost immediately, which was especially helpful when my 18-yo daughter got locked inside her bedroom accidentally (the lock on the door probably should be replaced). Dave coached us over the phone on how the gently jimmy the door without breaking anything.

This is my third time at Jesse's place and definitely not the last. The location is perfect, close to everything Philly has to offer. The space is perfect for reaxing after a long day wandering the old city and there are plenty of great places to have a drink and a bite to eat. The room is clean, quiet, private and comfortable and Jesse is a great host. I can't recommend it enough.

I loved my stay, I felt very comfortable and at home. Skeitha ensured that all of our needs were met, she was an excellent host. I honestly have no complaints, everything was perfect. Next time I’m in the Philly area I will definitely book again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. A few small spots could have been cleaned a bit more and the price was a bit steep compared to similar locations, but ultimately happy we chose to stay here and the size of the home was perfect for what we needed.

I enjoyed very much Jerry Luke house / duplex . Although only went to sleep mostly it was very peaceful . Definitely recommend this house if anyone wants comfort and peace and accessible to the historic district . Fell very blessed to have a 3 day stay in someone else’s house that felt like my own . I recently just spent one month at Edward’s place and loved every minute of it. As other reviewers have noted, the layout is a little nontraditional, as you enter through a small sunroom and then go directly into the bedroom, then the living room/kitchen with the bathroom at the back. The kitchen was stocked with basic pots/pans, glassware, and dishes. The real gem of this listing is it’s location- it was next to a large park with many adorable dogs, the main strip of Chestnut Hill 2 min walk, a market, a playground, and easy parking around the vicinity. It offered a great home base to explore Philadelphia with good access to bus lines and the train if you did not have a car. Additionally, since I was at this spot for an entire month I needed additional supplies (ie mop) which Edward promptly ordered to the house. I look forward to returning to this spot next time work brings me to Philly!

Beautiful decor. Very clean, peaceful neighbourhood and close to the train and buses. J was very helpful and communicative throughout. Really lovely touches, and lots of condiments. It felt like home!

A cozy spot in the perfect location. Walkable, area, lots to do, and very safe. I would highly recommend Elaine's apartment!
