Grandma Js: A lovingly restored, Canada Select 4.5 star, oceanfront home with modern conveniences. Make it your own special retreat! The 120+ year old saltbox welcomes guests to magical Herring Neck. The 1st floor is an open great room with a dramatic ocean view picture window. Upstairs 13' foot vaulted ceilings welcome you to the bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom with an oversized shower. You're 1 hour 15 minutes from Gander Airport, 15 minutes from Twillingate and 45 minutes from Fogo Island Ferry.

Lynch Premises

Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

Enjoy a relaxing stay at Ocean Breeze Cottage. Our peaceful 2 bedroom cottage is located in Wiseman's Cove, just 20 minutes from Twillingate. Take in a boat tour, view a museum or trek on one of the numerous hiking trails in the area. Then spend the evening soaking in the hot tub located right on the oceans edge. The Red Shed Cottage is located on Etheridge’s Point in Joe Batt’s Arm. This two bedroom Cottage sleeps 4. There is one bathroom, a full kitchen and cozy living space. The Cottage has breathtaking views of the Joe Batt’s Arm Longliners and the Fogo Island Inn. It is surrounded by the ocean and beautiful barrens where you can often see caribou and other wildlife wandering about. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private deck just steps from the Atlantic Ocean.
