Lovely apartment, located about 5 minutes from the train station, so easy to find. I had. to message the host about a query we had and I got a promp reply. Would definitely recommend this apartment if staying in Florence. Exceptionally clean and has good facilities.

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

Parfait pour un séjour à Florence. Les transports sont accessibles à pied. Le logements est tel que décrit et son emplacement est idéal pour être loin de la folie de la ville. Laura a été très accueillante ! Merci

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

This Florence Airbnb was perfect—beautifully decorated and in a fantastic location near everything. The outdoor space with a view of the Duomo was the perfect place to relax after a long day of site seeing. The host gave great recommendations and made us feel completely at home. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wow! Danke an die Familie für diesen unglaublichen Ort und diese schöne Zeit! Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum..so romantisch, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich, wohnt über der Unterkunft und bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und sind immer noch begeistert von diesem Pool. Ein Traum Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Auch das Restaurant der Familie ist so schön gemütlich und bietet unglaublich leckeres Essen! Vielen Dank!!

Maurizio's place was an excellent choice for our month in Florence. The house is in the center, yet it's tucked away from the noise of the nightlife and the sounds of rolling suitcases. It's a very comfortable, spacious home with all the amenities and a tranquil little garden - it has a natural vacation feel. Maurizio went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay and even took us on a tour of Florence and the neighboring area, which we greatly enjoyed.

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

Un de nos meilleurs séjours assurément !!!! Mattéo est un hôte très aidant et prévenant. La maison est juste un petit bijou au sommet de cette colline...une vue sur un paysage Toscan très inspirant du côté de la piscine (qui est une très jolie piscine)...bien que partagée nous avons été toujours seuls à en profiter !! La terrasse où l'on prenait nos repas est très agréable avec ces fortes chaleurs. La situation de la maison permet de rayonner dans la Toscane...Lucca, Sienna, Volterra, San Gimignano....et nous avons pu pousser jusqu'au Jardin des Tarots de Niki de Saint Phalle. Nous recommandons fortement un séjour chez Mattéo...et pensons y retourner une autre fois.

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Caterina sehr genossen. sehr saubere große Wohnung, in der wie uns wie Zuhause fühlten. die Gegend ist ruhig und alles nötige zu die erreichbar. wir würden gerne wieder kommen. vielen lieben Dank!

This may just be the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. We were there several nights, and you just don’t get over that view. It’s a good 40m drive to Florence, but the nearby cities are also happening. Lots to discover, and the distance from Florence is so worth it. Tons of space, private kitchen, access to the whole property which is massive. The host family lives on this multi-generational land which you have a unit above a house all to yourself. Beyond impressed with this one, the family is so kind and receptive. 12/10, wow.

Io, mio marito e mia figlia di 5 mesi abbiamo soggiornato un week end nell'appartamento di Lorenzo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Pulito, dotato di tutti i confort (anche quelli che non ti aspetteresti) e vicinissimo a piedi sia al centro che alla Stazione. Anche trovare parcheggio è stato super facile. Self check in semplicissimo. Lorenzo è stato sempre velocissimo nelle risposte ed ha accolto subito tutte le nostre richieste. Torneremo sicuramente!

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

Overall the place was amazing, good location, and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Siddik was very nice and respectful. The place was clean and the rooms were large, and the beds were VERY comfy. I would come back here in a heartbeat when visiting Florence again. The only thing was there were a lot of stairs to get to the top floor. So, if you have large or a lot of luggage, I hope you have some strength to get it up there.

Les 2 gros points forts de ce logement : l'emplacement car la ligne de bus et le tram pour le centre de Florence sont dans la rue, et le calme. Vraiment idéal pour laisser la voiture dans le parking privé et découvrir Florence. L'arrivée était très facile car Daniela a vraiment laissé les informations d'entrée pour le parking et l'appartement. Le logement correspond aux photos, il est propre et la terrasse est un bonus pour être bien au calme !! Merci Daniela

Deanna was a wonderful host. She gave us a lot of good recommendations for restaurants and sights. The apartment was very quaint and clean and suited our group of 4 perfectly. Her hospitality was amazing. Thank you for letting us experience your family home. The garden was beautiful!

Antonio was the perfect host with his amazing condo along the river in Florence. Everything was as described. The views from the patio are to die for as you look across the river into the hillside, and you can see the Piazzele Michelangelo! The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance and there are some great restaurants near by. He also provided Ana amazing list of recommendations for food, gelato, sites, and more. 10/10, would highly recommend and would stay here again if we ever come back to this beautiful city!

Stayed 3 nights in Florence and this apartment was beautiful! Great view of the city and so peaceful with a nice private patio area. Plenty of space for my partner and I as well, we felt right at home here! Downside: have to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment (still worth it!) and the ceiling in the kitchen is pretty low, bumped my head a few times. Despite this though, the stay was amazing and had pretty much everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.
