Overlooking the scenic Needmore Ranch and featuring a working water wheel powered by the nearby Stephen's Spring, the Spring House Tiny Home is perfect for couples reconnecting with nature, accessing the nearby Illinois River, or relaxing with that significant other. Guests will have access to over 400 acres of private property to hike, explore, or view the local wildlife.

Off the beaten path, approximately 1 mile down a bumpy dirty road you will find a hidden gem. At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi and Roku TV. This is the perfect place to sneak away with a loved one for a long weekend on the river. By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

Fun little cabin that feels like a treehouse on the Illinois River with gated community beach access. Step onto the back deck, enjoy a cup of coffee, and watch the wildlife including birds, squirrels, and deer. Or listen to the river. Grill up some steaks and sit at the picnic table. Afterwards, go underneath the cabin for a nap in one of the four hammocks. Take a short walk down to the private beach to kayak or swim in front of the bluffs. Perfect place for adventure or relaxation.

Located at Rustic Ridge (a glamping retreat featuring RV sites and cabins), the Black River Cabin sleeps up to 4 guests, and boasts a chic living room with a Murphy queen bed, a loft with a queen bed, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a private back porch for ultimate relaxation. Guests can enjoy roasting marshmallows at the community fire pit, games in the arcade, kayaking at the lake around the corner, and nearby mountain biking trails. Coin laundry in clubhouse! Strong WiFi available.

Twin Springs Ranch Guest House

Twin Springs Ranch is located in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. It is named for the two springs coming out of the cave from under the main house. Our guest house has a beautiful view of the Ozark Mountains and the cattle and horses in the pasture. If you like to hike there are trails available, just remember to shut the gate behind you. We are located 11 miles west of Siloam Springs and 12 from the first float (canoe/kayak) resort on the Illinois river.

Peaceful and private, yet just minutes from the legendary Illinois River, each stay includes a day pass to Sparrowhawk Camp’s private beach. The cabin features cozy bedrooms with Sleepy’s mattresses by Sealy, a full kitchen, a cozy living room with TV and FanDuel access for OKC Thunder games, plus a private patio and firepit for relaxing evenings.

Just you, the woods, and softly singing water. And birds. Aw, the birds! -Tip back in a comfy reclining loveseat; watch the wonder through the patio doors. -Follow woodland trail to a secluded bench and table by the stream. Note: Driveway is rough and steep. No motorcycles.
