This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

A cosy and stylish home near to the town centre

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This little end of terrace house is situated in a quiet little cul-de-sac close to the centre of the historic and beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds - a 10/15 minute walk at most. My home is neat and stylish and always welcoming whatever the season. If you are coming to stay in summer I have a lovely private garden and if you stay in autumn or winter you will find the house particularly cosy. And I have good parking outside too!

Holm Oak, Lackford Lakes Barns

Holm Oak Barn has all the character of a historic building and comfort of a modern barn conversion. The open plan living area is very spacious and has a wood burning stove. The picture windows have views across the surrounding nature reserve. The barn is wheelchair accessible. All 3 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms one of which suitable for wheel chair users. Private patio area, garden furniture, parking, use of shared landscaped gardens, games room and laundry room.

The house was tastefully decorated in July 2023 and comprises of a full kitchen, king bedroom with shower ensuite and a double bedroom with shower/bathroom to suit up to four guests. Located a 30 min stroll to the Abbey Gardens, St Edmundsbury Cathedral and the many restaurants/cafes of Bury St Edmunds. The house is also only a 30 min walk to the West Suffolk Hospital, so is an ideal base whether it be to explore Bury or to visit patients or work at the hospital.

Beautiful cabin on the edge of Kings Forest

The Hide is one of Suffolk's hidden gems. A clean, beautiful and relaxing space. We've created an open-plan cabin which is located on the edge of King's Forest with direct access to an abundance of nature, walks, cycle tracks and beautiful views. Relax and unwind on the raised deck of an evening as the sun sets over the forest in front of you, watching deer emerge from the forest and owls flying overhead. We are able to provide celebration packages upon request.

Ideal for weekend breaks or family holidays, it’s the perfect base to explore Suffolk’s countryside and attractions. Well behaved dogs are welcome and will be charged at £30 per stay. Please inform us in advance if you wish to bring your dog.

A Duke's spectacular grand folly -The Temple

Majestically commanding an elevated position in the heart of the expansive Euston Hall Estate, of serene grandeur the Temple is an escape above and far from the madding crowd. This spectacular folly was originally built as a banqueting house for the 2nd Duke of Grafton in 1746 and still affords breathtaking views over the unspoilt Capabilty Brown designed parklands and gardens of one of the country’s great estates.
